[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pad works perfect for first and second day heavy flow. It is so thin that I almost forgot that I am wearing a pad today. I love that it comes with wing option. This pad really works during those very very heavy flow at night time or during daytime. Highly recommended for any girl or woman who has the same problem during first few days. I am using this product over 20 years and will not change to any other brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually love these products, but this specific one was not good for me. Didn't stay in place, leaked and was scratchy. They say they're unscented, but the pads had a very strong scent to them. Won't be using these specific ones again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used these Always Ultra Thin Size 4 Overnight Pads With Wings that are unscented only during the nighttime well I slept. I like to use different pads during my cycle for different parts of my cycle, like these I only would wear them during the night time and I didn't have any leaks during the night well I wore these Always Pads. I stay comfortable all night and did not leak at all during the night time. So these Always Pads worked out great for me well I slept.

I recommend this product to several of my friends and will continue to use them myself!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great for over night. These are thin but hold throughout the night which is great. They feel comfortable and not to big and bulky and doesn't feel like you're wearing a diaper. I love the wings for the extra protection for the sides. Worry and leak free.

The old blue package ones #2, were breathable, fabric like. The new style Green package ones are like plastic and stick to my private parts. Terrible redesign. Didn't need to be changed. Where can I get the old style blue package. I don't recommend this product.

I like using these overnight because they really protect from leaks so that I can sleep. I like that the wings hold the pad in place so it doesn't move during the night and helps prevent leaks.
