Even though it's a thin pad the absorbency is fantastic and the moisture is wicked away really well. The wings help prevent side leaks and keep the pad right where it needs to be, helping the adhesive out. The lining is really comfy and keeps me feeling dry. I like that it's unscented because these keep me from smelling funny anyway and don't really need the extra "help". Very absorbent. Great quality and I will buy in the future.

They are so bad that I used to have to wear double pads because of leaking. A few years ago I discovered these Always Ultra thin and have never used any others since. I like the extra long ones especially because of the great coverage they give in underwear. The fact that they are so absorbent but not thick and heavy is fantastic. I've been consistently happy with these pads and highly recommend them for anyone who needs extra protection.

These pads were a little bit thinner than I usually use for my heavy days, so I waited until I had a lighter day to try them. I did like the light, breathable top cover that helped keep the moisture away from my skin a little bit more. I felt like the middle absorption spot did a good job keeping the liquid in. The wings worked really well and keeping the pad in place. I really feel like these pads did a great job and I would use them again on light days. I'm still not sure I would trust them on a heavy day though.
