I like the wings as well as the extra length in the back to help reduce overnight leakage from shifting. The light layer above the padding helps to keep your body a little drier depending on flow. In my option, one of the best things about these Always pads is the packaging. There is a flow chart on the package to help you choose the right size for you. This is great for helping my daughter who is just learning how to handle dealing with cycles.

I've been using this product for quite some time. I know they say overnight, but I use this day/night. They're super thing and don't feel bulky or like a diaper at all. They're also super absorbent. I highly recommend and when I let friends use my supplies they always say they're switching to this brand!

It also prevents leaks by absorbing everything into the pad and not just letting it sit on the surface. Definitely buying again.

I've always used the normal overnight pads and I decided to change them to the ultra thin ones to be more comfortable with. Nevertheless they are not useful, I only wear them 2-3 hours and already have leaks on my pants. I definitely do not recommend the product, prefer the normal one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these Always Ultra Thin Size 4 Overnight Pads With Wings, Unscented for my honest review. First off, they fit in the panty nicely, and stay put for the most part. But, with that being said, they do not absorb the moisture, in fact, they aren't very breathable, and make you sweat. They are like wearing plastic, and the fluid just sits on top of the pad. They also make you smell. Not a big fan, I wouldn't recommend.

Why is the packaging around the pad so hard to open lately? I used to be able to just open it quickly, set it aside to reuse it to throw away my used pad. Now, I have to open it slowly so I don't rip the pad. Also, the wings don't stay around my underwear. They don't stick at all. And the front bunches. The only good thing about Always Pads is the absorbency. I like how fast they absorb the wetness so I don't feel anything.

I'm have moderate accidents and the number four works great for me. Keeps me dry throughout the night and I love that they are unscented as well. I highly recommend this product!
