I've been using always products since I had my first period, and I've almost never had an issue. I bought the overnight pads for daily use as tampons no longer work with me as I have a heavier flow. I found that I've had more leaks and ruined panties recently which is unfortunate. My clots aren't soaking into the pad so I'm just left with a mess when I go to change it out. Disappointing because I've never had this issue before.

The pad bunches up. The wings leave behind glue and peices of the wing when removed. Glue sticky stuff is very hard to remove from underwear. Never used to be like this. I've used this product for many years. Something changed in the design for the worst. Fix these issues and I'll give a better review.

They are long but thin so you do not feel like your wearing a diaper. They have wings to hold the pad to your underwear so that it doesn't slide. The pad covers from the front to back and help control that gush us woman usually have. I wore it all night and didn't have any leaks!!!
