After paying and not receiving my order, i found that they never shipped it. Sam's Club customer service has informed me that they have to wait for authorization from Hamilton Beach to cancel the order and process a refund. I was then informed that after attempting to contact Hamilton Beach they found that the company phone numbers were disconnected. Im not hopeful at this point.

Can't purchase

Great price. It is very easy to use. Has very good power and size for the average home cook. My main concern was kneading dough. I made bread twice already. One was high hydration and the other low. It did a great job kneading, better than my much more expensive supposedly great mixer. I love the light weight dishwasher safe bowl and it's handle. I like the fact that the flat beater, the dough hook, the whisk and the splash guard are all dishwasher top rack safe. The only thing I don't like about it is the noise although a very miner issue. It is not loud. I just don't like the way it sounds. Overall, I am very happy with this mixer. I recommend it.
