So my fiancé bought this for me a few days ago. I wanted to go ahead and use it before Christmas for skin reasons. First and foremost, the frame poles are fiberglass. There are no warnings about this. If you touch this with bare hands, it will be very uncomfortable and painful. Also, when you get in to use it, just be careful not to touch the frames. I am a smaller person, so this is not a problem for me. But I will probably end up putting pretty duct tape around the poles. You will need gloves to assemble to avoid the fiberglass. Skin tight gloves are best. The frame was easy enough to put together. It's meant to be in the corner of a room. The tent was pretty tricky to put on. The instructions are very basic, but we finally did get it put together. The zippers are made very cheaply. Frankly, they're a pain, especially when putting the tent together. Make sure to bring the inside zipper around the outside of the corner poles when putting together. I'm hoping the zippers will hold up over time. The red light is just a disc placed at the top of the tent by velcro. Once the steamer was set up, I turned it on. I set it on a middle setting and waited 10 minutes. It was not sufficiently steamed inside for my preference, so I set it at max. This did the trick. However, the lid on the steamer is not tight, so a lot of steam was coming out of the steamer. It is located on the outside of the tent, so whatever room it's set up in, it will become humid like having a humidifier in there. The display on the steamer is also confusing, poorly designed, but it's explained in the instructions. The remote only worked once, and then nothing. It does not have a digital display, so when you are inside the tent, you can't see the settings. The thermometer is super cheap, but I did not use it. Lastly, the sauna and the red light can be used separately if desired. Overall, if I knew the quality, I might have kept shopping, assuming there is a better one available. But it would be a hassle to take down, return, buy another, and set up again.

As other comments have stated, this sauna cannot get hit. It advertises tempwratures uo to 130 degrees; however, it barely got hotter than 90 degrees after 25 minute of pre heating. The zippers are weak and started splitting after first use. What a let down. This is getting immediately returned.

I ordered this steam sauna as a gift for myself and I'm so happy with it! The whole assembly from start to finish took under 20 minutes- and using it was super easy too! It got really hot & steamy real quickly- and the red light therapy is an extra bonus that I'm really excited about- overall a great product that I would highly recommend!

As an athlete at the University of Arkansas this has been one of the best purchases i've made. The quality, and ease of setting it up are amazing! It's very easy to use, and adjust. It is a MUST if you want to take your recovery to the next level. It gets very hot, but is easy to control the temperature.

I was a bit hesitant after reading some reviews, but I'm glad I gave this sauna a try. This steam sauna is absolutely amazing! The red light feature adds an extra layer of relaxation and rejuvenation. It heats up quickly, and the portable design makes it easy to set up and store when not in use. Perfect for unwinding after a long day. I love how it provides a spa-like experience in the comfort of my home. Definitely worth every penny!

After you spend time assembling it. You realize the bad design requires you to completely unzip around nearly the entire top of the sauna to get in. And then zip it all the way around through all of the frame pipes from the inside. Amazing they did not add a seperate zipper to get in and out of the sauna without letting out all of the heat.

Don't buy it, the hot water came out through the pipe to burn your feet. I got burned.
