It works pretty well at soaking up the oil, but could be a little better. What I dislike is that since I have dark hair it shows up really bad. My hair will look white where I have put the product in. Even if I rub and rub it still looks like that. I would love to try one more suitable for dark hair and I think that would work better for me. I would definitely recommend this product especially for those with light hair.

I have repurchased this item on multiple occasions. It leaves my hair feeling and smelling fresh, but I do find that it can be difficult to get all of the white out of my brunette hair. While yes, I understand Batiste does offer dry shampoos for all hair types, I wish they offered a clear version.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live a very busy lifestyle which means I can't always wash my hair. Batiste dry shampoo was a great alternative! The packaging is cute, has a great scent that did not give me a headache like most brands. The only down fall is that it did leave a tiny bit of residue which I had to brush out multiple times. Overall, I'd recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My hair type is extremely fine and straight. It can also be dry at the ends, but extremely oily at the roots the day after I wash it. I try to go as long as I can without washing it because I do color it and my ends are prone to breakage (especially in the winter). The Batiste dry shampoo is a dream come true for my hair!! I have posted photos of my hair at 4 days since I last washed it. My roots still look very clean! I do not look oily or greasy. I also love the Batiste Original because it gave my hair some texture and a lot of volume. I was able to put a little curl/wave in it, which is difficult for me to do. And my hair does not look flat, which is a feat! Additionally the smell of the Batiste is very nice. It's clean and not "perfume-y". I am very sensitive to overpowering smells and this is not overpowering at all. One thing I will note is that is does leave a residue on the scalp (which I have found with every dry shampoo), but it's not very heavy and it doesn't bother me. I found the Batiste Original to work perfectly for my fine, oily hair. I really love this product.

Its by far the best drug store brand dry shampoo. I work out daily and get crazy sweaty, so this is a must have. I dont have time to wash my hair daily, and Batiste makes this all possible!

BEST BRAND OF DRY SHAMPOO EVER!!!!! Works so so so so good and super affordable! Packaging is very appealing and its in every single drugstore/department store so I can find it everywhere! I even found it when I was traveling in Australia! Cant live without it

Keeps my hair color brighter by reducing the amount of times I have to wash it. Will buy this stuff for as long as they make it!!

My ALL TIME FAVORITE dry shampoo!!! It is so amazing! It last all day and I can't even find something to compare it to! It's cheap and does better than any I've tried before! I have tried so many different ones and this is my go to Everytime. Try it out!!

i dont love this dry shampoo because it leaves a lot of white residue on your hair! i have to really comb out my locks to make it go away but it definitely is a give away that i haven't washed my hair. this scent smells fresh and its cheap but not the best performance
