Turns out I wasn't using the right kind. This is truly fool proof. I have dark blonde hair and I have no problems with visible residue. I could easily go 3 days between washes if I wanted. I want a dry shampoo that I can trust and don't have to mess with since I'm usually using it on days I'm short on time. Batiste delivers.

i'm one of those people who used to wash their hair everyday, it made my hair very greasy. i've been training my hair for years now and only wash it once a week, this product means that when it starts to look a little greasy i can get another day or two without having to wash it. my hair is hip length so it takes a LOT of effort to wash my hair, with this i don't have to worry. the smell is a little strong but i like it. definitely shake before using and give your hair a good ruffle otherwise it turns your hair white. i love this product and couldn't live without it.

As a working mom I dont always have the time to spend an hour getting ready in the morning. This dry shampoo quickly makes my hair care for the day done. I highly recommend Batiste!!

Batiste is very affordable. You can find it at your local grocery store or beauty stores. I love that it comes in different hair colors to help blend it in, but even the original doesnt leave your hair powdery and white. I gave it 4 stars because it doesnt last me but only a couple uses.

One of the girls on my hall freshman year let me borrow her can of batiste one morning, and after than I tossed my can of another brand I had been faithful to. I used the original up until last month when I discovered the bare, which has virtually no scent or residue. I have fine hair that I color blonde but still have dark roots, and this stuff doesnt make me look like I have a powdered wig on! This stuff can take me up to day 4 post wash depending on my activity level in the days following.

It is lightweight and doesn't make my hair feel gritty but it sure does eliminate the shine of 2nd day hair. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an effective lightweight dry shampoo.

Favorite dry shampoo! It's most effective and doesn't leave white cast on hair as others does. I use it max for 2 days and don't recommend to use often because anyway it sets in pores. But if there is no way, you can use it 3-4 days ant it will be effective again. Will buy it again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clean and Classic. It's a fresh scent without being overwhelming or fighting with my perfume. My hair is super straight and very slick, especially when just washed. If I load it up with gel or mousse the next day it is looking greasy. With Batiste, I can spray it lightly to add volume and it still looks clean the next day. Some mornings I'll assess my hair and decide I can skip washing it, that it still looks clean. Then when I get out of the shower I regret my decision as my hair looks stringy from the shower humidity. Batiste to the rescue, once again!!

Ive repurchased this 5 or 6 times already and I dont plan on switching anytime soon. It leaves my hair with the perfect amount of grit and clean feeling. It does leave a good amount of white powder but I find it pretty easy to get rid of as I work it through my hair.
