There is still white residue when spraying (even when shaking it up a lot); however, just rubbing it in the scalp helped. I would recommend this to someone who is first using dry shampoo, as it is the best original scented one I've used.

I bought it based on recommendations, i really feel disappointed, it doesn’t deserve this hype at all, it keeps an ugly noticeable white cast on the scalp and then white flakes fall all over clothes all day long, the worst dry shampoo i’ve ever bought! Not doing it again!!

I love this stuff. You reminded me that I need to buy more soon. It works great, the smell is awesome and it doesn't add stickiness or a funny feeling and look to your hair. The price is worth what you are buying, for sure. This is the only brand I use, and I trust it and have had nothing but positive outcomes, so I will continue to purchase.

One of the girls on my hall freshman year let me borrow her can of batiste one morning, and after than I tossed my can of another brand I had been faithful to. I used the original up until last month when I discovered the bare, which has virtually no scent or residue. I have fine hair that I color blonde but still have dark roots, and this stuff doesnt make me look like I have a powdered wig on! This stuff can take me up to day 4 post wash depending on my activity level in the days following.

In my opinion, this is the best dry shampoo for your money. It does leave a white residue, but it comes out after you rub the product into your hair/scalp. It leaves your hair pretty dry so you might want to put some hair serum at the bottom of your hair afterwards, but its great and I love it.

I feel like I have tried every dry shampoo on the market and Batiste is BY FAR the best out there, AND for drug store price! I can go three days without washing my hair when I use this dry shampoo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the simplicity of the product and how easy it was to use, however I did not think it was suitable for my super thick oily hair. It left a white cast on my hair and didnt remove oils from it but keep in mind it was two days after I washed my hair because I really wanted to make sure I was putting it to the text after the second use I just stopped using it but I also might possibly not know to properly use a dry shampoo product.
