My first Samsung watch and it is nice with many functions. It's easy to navigate to different apps and I am iimpressed.

Great watch has everything you need on a watch and more. wanted it to monitor his steps, sleep, stress level and heat rate.

This watch was given to me for my birthday, and I love it. I have tried fitbits watches in the past. They didn’t do what I wanted and had to log into my account before I received information that I needed. The Samsung Watch does an excellent job in recording my sleep and energy score. Has excellent features on it, and can answer phone calls is a big plus.

Best deal I've ever found in Sam's, it works like a charm for everything I needed it for.

I've never had a smartwatch before so I can't compare to others, but I really enjoy this watch. The only downside is that the battery doesn't last long. Maybe a day and a half?

Great smart watch better than apple !

I thought I would upgrade my smartwatch since I had had it for 2 years, and it was starting to get iffy with its accuracy. I only use it for sleep measurements. This has way too much going on, draining the battery, that I don't use it for. I found 2 of the 5 nights this week it was recording information that was way off ( time going to bed and lost time, in the middle of the night). I am going to try the Fitbit Versa 4, as it seems to keep its charge much longer, and from what I have read, people are happy with the sleep recordings.

We bought this watch 8 months ago for my husband. It has not been damaged or worn in water. It was sent to Samsung because of a slight haze on the watch face. Samsung responded that they would not honor the warranty because their tech said the watch had been damaged. When asked to have another tech check the watch we were told the decision was final and the watch was mailed back. We have not been able to get the watch to charge or turn on since it was returned. Samsung still says they will still not honor the warranty because their tech original tech says the watch was damaged when they received it. For the few seconds the watch will attempt to start, you can clearly see that there is no damage to the display. We have been loyal Samsung users for years but are very disappointed in their service department. We sent the watch in for what was basically a slight cosmetic issue and now we have a non functioning piece of garbage.
