[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Scotch Box Lock Packaging Tape is very nice to use. I use mine for projects as well as mailing and shipping items. The design of the handle makes it easy to tape and cut without messing up the tape. It tapes quickly but relatively quietly. It is so easy. The tape itself is sturdy and durable and has really good adhesive. Best part is that when you pull the tape, the whole thing comes and it doesn't split into pieces or leave a piece stuck to the roll and you only have a tiny sliver pulled out. Just pull the tape out and squeeze the sides when ready to cut it. The blades are super sharp too so be careful. I also used it to laminate one of my kids play business cards she made. It also stuck pretty well to our walls to hang a paper up. I definitely recommend trying. So much easier than other packaging tape dispensers I have tried. 3M sent me a roll of this tape for testing purposes but the opinions here are based on my own experiences.

This tape is awesome. It sticks great and seals up the boxes well. You dont have to worry about the bottom giving out of the box with this stuff. It dispenses well too.

I used it this weekend to tape streamers to our wooden deck for my daughter's birthday party. I loved that it was a clear tape so no one could see it. It worked like a charm, and it didn't come off until I removed it this morning (in the rain). The Scotch Box Lock Shipping Tape works great for sealing packages and a whole lot more! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually use a different brand of shipping tape but I recently tried the Scotch brand Box Lock Shipping Tape and was surprised with how great it worked! I had a few boxes I wanted to tape up and this tape adhesive is strong and held them sealed! The roll was easy to get started, stays stuck to the dispenser for easy finding, is thicker, and tears straight across without slivering, splitting, or tearing, unlike my regular brand of shipping tape! It's also easy to use with one hand while multitasking, I just wish it had more tape on the roll than provided with this brand. If you're looking for shipping tape, look no further! I recieved the product free from 3M.

This tape will stick to any kind of box, and just one piece is needed. The tape is easy to dispense, and unwinds smoothly with none of that loud squeaking sound like some tape dispensers can make. I also like how the tape is guaranteed to stay in place. There is also a hanger at the top of the dispenser so you hang it up after using. The side grips also make holding the dispenser easy.

When I first tried this tape it felt so secure I knew one application was enough. It wasn’t thin and adhered flawlessly.
