My dermatologist recommended Cerave Skin Renewing Vitamin C to minimize facial dark spots. After using once a day for two months I did notice improvement in diminishing dark spots. A small amount of product goes a long way. I liked the fragrance and texture. It can be used under makeup. This product seems to dry out your skin so I added additional moisturizer.

LOVE! I was recommended this by my dermatologist and haven't looked back. I apply in the morning after a freshly washed face. I think it has drastically evened my skin tone and helped to lighten some dark spots from acne scars. I didn't change any other aspect of my skin care routine after adding this in and noticed I get less breakouts. This stuff is great. I haven't tried other serums but this has worked great for the year or so I've been using it in my routine. A little goes a long way and it will last you a while!

I'm not really sure if this serum does anything. I used for 2 months and didn't see any change in my skin. It is a nice consistency and easy to apply. I just don't think this product is right for me. So I am trying this out on its own with just moisturizer and eye cream. This feels great on the skin and absorbs nicely. Very light yet hydrating, and no scent. Layered well with my face cream and didn't affect my makeup at all. Let's see how well my skin looks after some time

Recently started using this product and very pleased so far. Texture is like. Light lotion and spreads easily and evenly. Packaging is not my favorite. I can see the bottle make puncture at one point if bent often. Use generous amounts as this product can and will oxidize after a few months. I think it's affordable. The smell after a while reminds me of a spray tan smell which is a con for me.

I love this. I use it in my whole skincare regimen 1-2 times daily after toner before moisturizer and my skin is looking better and better and it feels great! It definitely seems to be helping even out my skin tone which is what I needed, I had red/pink scarring from a bad recent breakout that wouldn't go away quick enough as well as one dark spot I detested. Working great for me, no orange discoloration after like others have experienced. I wash my hands after use just in case and I have definitely not had any orange staining on my face after use. So as far as the actual serum goes I like the product. It's a little sticky after application but absorbs fairly quickly. The tube also protects the product from light which is important with vitamin C because it is a rather unstable molecule. The biggest downside I noted is that once the tube is opened it leaks very easily. I got a brand new tube and was packing for travel and noticed it leaking even with the cap on. There seems to be a very poor seal between the actual tip piece and the tube itself. Even in your hands if you squeeze the tube a little it will start to ooze out. So while the serum is great it makes it hard to take anywhere and for a frequent traveler like me, a vitamin C serum is a must after being on the plane.
