This serum is extremely lightweight and absorbs immediately into my skin. My skin always feels so smooth and clear when I use this serum, and it has helped minimize dark spots. My complexion has never felt any better than it has since adding this serum into my daily routine! I absolutely recommend others to try it out as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So as far as the actual serum goes I like the product. It's a little sticky after application but absorbs fairly quickly. The tube also protects the product from light which is important with vitamin C because it is a rather unstable molecule. The biggest downside I noted is that once the tube is opened it leaks very easily. I got a brand new tube and was packing for travel and noticed it leaking even with the cap on. There seems to be a very poor seal between the actual tip piece and the tube itself. Even in your hands if you squeeze the tube a little it will start to ooze out. So while the serum is great it makes it hard to take anywhere and for a frequent traveler like me, a vitamin C serum is a must after being on the plane.

It didn't irritate my skin like some other products I've tried in the past. I've already recommended this to a few friends and ordered it for another!

I've been using the new CeraVe Vitamin C serum every morning for almost a month and I'm loving the results. I was lucky enough to receive this serum at the Cerave Vitamin C Cafe event in London at the start of last month. The serum has a lovely gel texture which isn't runny or too thick. It absorbs very well into the skin, without leaving any sticky or greasy residue, making it a great base for a moisturiser or makeup. I personally like to layer my spf moisturiser on top of it which it sits well underneath of. Its non-comedogenic formula makes it ideal for my blemish prone skin as it doesn't block pores. So far, I've noticed my skin looks brighter with more of a healthy glow. I look forward to seeing the results with further continued use.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong with this product but it always, always, always pills. No matter what I use with it - even if it's just this and sunscreen. It drives me nuts so that is the main reason why I avoid using it. There are much better vitamin c serums out there.
