[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A solid Vitamin C product, it brightens skin and is generally comparable to others I've tried- The Ordinary, Drunk Elephant, L'Oréal revitalift. I like the serum texture and appreciate the lack of noticeable smell. However, I did reduce the rating due to the packaging. It leaked a bit around the base of the cap in shipping, and I found it a bit difficult to open. It's also easy to squeeze product into the cap when you're trying to get it open. Not a dealbreaker, but a bit of an annoyance.

After using for a week I noticed my skin was smoother and overall just had a nicer appearance. I'm 36 so anything that brightens is a plus. My foundation went on over it seamlessly also so that is also a plus. I would recommend it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed trying this Skin Renewing Vitamin C Serum by Cerave. I found it to be moisturizing and left my skin with a beautiful glow. It does have an orange color but that didn't show up on my skin. It wasn't drying at all either. Some of my dark spots have faded already from using this.

The CeraVe Vitamin C Serum absorbs wonderfully and a little goes a long way. Don't use too much because it will clump up a bit on over saturated areas. I have a few dark spots that seem to have faded a bit. Doesn't leave your face shiny but leaves your skin feeling hydrated.

There is no smell. I have noticed more evenness in skin tone since using it as well. It wears well under makeup.

My skin feels like new. I have few scars visible, less breakouts, my skin tone is getting better and my skin looks very dewy and hydrated. I have alreadt went ahead and bought myself another one. I definatly recommend it. Try it for a few weeks to see the difference.
