[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My review of the Cerave skin renewing vitamin C serum: I have some conflicted feelings on this product. The serum itself yielded really good results; I felt my naturally uneven skintone with small, faint areas of skin discoloration physically looks better after consistent use. After applying for two weeks after washing my face, I felt my skin's uneveness had been largely resolved! I also had some dry patches and inflamed skin on the side of my mouth, as well as some scarring from recent hormonal pimples, and this cleared everything up. What I did not love is the rather small amount of product you receive and the not very aesthetically pleasing packaging, compared to my skinceuticals or glossier serums at least. It was difficult to figure out how to get the product out of the tube, as there's an oddly pointed cap covering a skinny tip of the tube that I ASSUME needed to be cut. I had to cut the tip off the tube to get the product to be released but would really have appreciated if the packaging could have mentioned ANYWHERE that you'll need to cut the tube. Like I said, packaging and presentation is a little bit off but a very good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the packaging. Vitamin C can go bad easily & I think this packaging helps since it's in a tube instead of a dropper. It goes on well & makes my skin feel smoothe. The problem I keep experiencing with it is pilling. I applied it during the day, I used different moisturizer and tinted sunscreen on top & the serum caused pilling. It looked like I had dry skin all over my face. If you plan on doing a spa day at home it could be a good option maybe

I feel that it has brightened up a little bit once I got through the "purging" period of trying a new product. I do think the packaging could be improved though. I'm not sure why the tube was the route they felt was best, and I thought vitamin C should be in dark packaging to avoid any light.

Gentle enough for a beginner. Lasted three months in which the color only went from a light cream to a lightly mustard tinted cream. Still good so the tube worked on keeping it mostly airless. Lightened my cheeks enough that I can see the darker pigmentation that needs worked on now.

I use them primarily, probably like everyone else, for discoloration and anti-aging. This one has been very surprising, in a good way! It's easy to apply and feels very nice. I put it on before my moisturizer. I like that it has HA in it as well, which also helps lock in moisture. Can't say I notice any drastic difference yet in my skin (which I didn't expect since that's long term), but it's doing its thing and I'm happy with it. Definitely will repurchase. Also it's at a great price point compared to similar products for when I do purchase.

I noticed a real difference in the look of my skin, which was cool because most of the time the serums I try don't seem to do much. This is a great option to consider in the future for my routine, but I need to use up the rest of my Vitamin C serums (the ones I bought prior to this one) before I purchase this one again.

The packaging is fantastic and it goes on so smoothly and blends right into the skin. After using this product my skin has felt softer and appeared brighter than before. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this so much!! I use it right after cleansing before moisturizer and makeup, and it gives such a noticeable glow that radiates through the makeup. Would definitely recommend this as I've had no issues with it!
