The TV itself is just okay. You can get nicer, better TV's without the gimmick for much less. If you buy this, don't expect Samsung to honor the free ART promo because they don't even know anything about it. Prepare to spend a ridiculous amount of time installing this and setting it up. Prepare for hours and hours (I'm at 8 hours on the phone, chatting and texting Samsung without a single resolution to issues. Also, prepare for promised features to not be available on this model. Also, prepare for a "Manual" that has misinformation and nonexistant but necessary information. ALso, if you purchase the slim soundbar for this TV, prepare yourself for more of the same.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am an avid Samsung TV customer but the Frame takes it to another level. From an aesthetic standpoint, it's not big and bulky. Also where else can you turn your TV into a work of art. As for the overall use of the TV, it really easy to figure out the settings and it's really clear and great to watch. I need a bigger one for the living room now...
