It's a very nice TV and the option of having it be a piece of artwork is fantastic! Some of the pictures look so much like an oil painting that you'd swear it was artwork! The sound from the TV is quite good and I decided to not add a sound bar and sub-woofer. I'm very impressed by the picture quality and overall experience. Only negatives I can think of are the user interface could be better and the remote could use a few more buttons to make things easier. It took some effort to learn the remote and finding my way around the user interface. The Apple TV is much easier than this product. Installation went well and the mounting brackets are well thought out and make it easy.

This frame tv is great ! I researched a lot & liked how the frame works. My wife is an artist as well & we both have been enjoying the art work . Not sure anyone can match that Sams includes a 2 year FREE subscription & 5 year warranty !

Same price as other resellers but Sams includes a 5 year warranty. Was a no brainer. The anti glare surface is ultimately what sold us on this TV and it doesnt disappoint. Picture is still beautiful and crisp but no glares or reflections like with other TVs. My only issue was working through the 2 year free art store subscription. It took tickets with Sams support and ultimately a ticket with Samsung to get a promo code, but in the end, this came from Samsung, not Sams. We're happy with our purchase and love this TV.

I love this tv. I know it's not for everyone - the reviews I read seem to harp on technical stuff; however, I am not a techie nor an early adopter. I've not ever had a tv in my main living space because of aesthetics. Once I discovered The Frame I knew this would be the tv for me. I love the painting on my wall, I love picking new art for it, and the picture and sound quality are not an issue at all.

I had someone professionally install it. He said if I was going to install a sound bar it needed to be done at same time. It has buttons for Netflix , Amazon Prime and Netflix and Samsung Plus. Everything works great. This is the future of TV.. looks and sounds great .

High quality picture. I could literally see the sweat and red marks on the players of the basketball game as if I were there. A couple of disappointments: one, the “frame” doesn't actually come w the frames. You have to purchase it separately at a cost in excess of $200+/each, and two, I specifically purchased from Sam's club because it came with a subscription to the artwork…except there was literally no information on how to access it. I need to call Sam's to sort that out because it's asking me to pay for a subscription. A third disappointment was totally my fault as the wall I wanted to mount it on turned out to have a metal sheet behind the drywall to protect the plumbing so it currently remains seated on a TV table just below my sad, empty, patched up wall…completely defeating the purpose of my purchase. I should've checked for that prior to purchasing but didn't discover until drilling into the wall to mount. The TV itself is sleek, slim, and high performing. Truly a quality picture. Very disappointed it didn't come w the actual frames. The remote has a solar panel on the back so no batteries needed. The sample artwork looks ok but not really giving off the quality mounted and framed look I was going for…it just looks like the TV is on and paused.

Purchased the tv online and had it shipped to my house. Received a broken TV on arrival. Brought the tv to my nearest sam's club to return it and they said they couldn't take it back in store. I was informed it had to be returned to a FedEx store to be shipped back. Huge waste of time and money. Who knows if the tv is good or not? I don't.

1st one was damaged by shipper. Arranged for replacement, which never arrived because shipper damaged it in transit as well. Now we have spent over a week for Sams Club's shipper to pick it up and refund our money. But to contact anyone seems almost impossible . Cost us far too many hours having to deal with this. We have honestly spent over 8 hours combined to try to resolve this. Son was very excited for this tv for displaying artwork, but instead he has a damaged 65”, $1800 tv sitting in a box in his living room.
