That being said, the interface is TERRIBLE. LAGGY and not easy to manage! I mostly got the tv to play movies and weekly ps5 so it's in art mode 75% of the time.

It fits perfectly in our new cozy home right above the fireplace. Install was fairly easy and my husband and I accomplished it ourselves. 10/10 would recommend to family and friends 🥰

The instant the installation was completed, there were hand smudges every where around the edges and specially the corners! I was told to clean it using microfiber but that didn't help even after using a brand new out of the packet! 1. Later after countless hours of searching I found out Magic eraser is recommended to clean the screen!! Not a common knowledge, please educate your resellers and installers. 2. Having hours and hours of gaming done as well as placed on Art mode, I find the TV to flicker at times, it would go blank and then come back alive, and I know my cabling is secure as well as the hub for the TV. I cannot isolate the problem to any external devices so I have to conclude that it is an Internal issue! I do not want to go through the hassle of getting customer service and talking to the many laymen agents who do not understand this issue, therefore I have just sucked it up, and disappointedly not mentioned about it, but in recommendation - DO NOT GET THIS TV!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not one to leave reviews but we are really impressed with this tv. The picture, the look, how it fits the room, it's just awesome. I'm really glad that we splurged on the newer model too. The matte finish really helps with the glare. My only areas for awareness prior to purchasing are, that the art is nice, but I would like to see more free art. Also, the included mount has to be used when it's a super flat wall, so we had to get a different mount, for our situation. It's not as flush to the wall but still looks really great in the room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV so much. None of my friends have been able to tell it is a TV because the paintings look so realistic. I also love the Gaming Hub and the ability to connect to your games on the cloud through native support to Xbox, Luna, etc. Very easy to pair controllers and I also love the app on my Samsung phone since I can literally do everything I can do with the TV remote. The only negative was that in my newly built condo, the wall tube to feed hdmi and power cables through the wall is not wide enough for the 1 cord The Frame has instead (the plugs on both ends are too wide). So that will cost extra money, but it is worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For me one of the best and most used features is the fact that I can share the screens of my other devices onto this TV so easily. I use the feature for my work almost daily and every single time I do, it is flawless. That's not to mention of course the overall Beauty of this TV. The slim wall mount, the interchangeable "wood" frame colors, and of course the low profile cables have made our viewing experience seamless. One thing I initially thought I would dislike was the matte finish of the screen. But to my surprise, it does not have a negative affect at all on the picture quality. And I notice that previous viewing angles that were affected by the reflection of our lighting aren't a problem anymore! Definitely recommend this TV to all my friends!

Only major complaint is the connections available to the unit - Samsung does not sell with an in-wall rated cord and leaving a cord out connecting to the TV looks bad.
