The picture is great and the sound is really good for what it is. It's easy to install. The navigation system is a little bit funny to get used to but generally speaking it's really really good I would buy another one.

I particularly like the SamsungTV farriers that includes many channels and with my WiFi connectivity it makes cable unnecessary and obsolete. I highly recommend this series for anyone who wants the best experience watching all kinds of entertainment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get it, the TV picture isn't the best you get for the cost...but seriously-Nobody is getting this because they want the best picture for the cost. We are all getting this because the picture quality is good enough and the TV doesn't look like a TV on the wall. Well, this TV really succeeds at NOT looking like a TV on the wall. The ART mode (aka the only reason anybody pays the premium price for this) is stellar! The matte finish on the screen really cuts down on the glare and the images are really lifelike. 10 out of 10 for me here! I don't like the price for the Samsung art, nor do I like how the interface has needless complexities to dissuade you from adding your own. The OS on the TV itself is not google TV level, but it can compete with Apple TV or Roku (7 out of 10). The sound is where this TV really takes a dive. The speakers are tinny and they lack definition in the low mids. There is no low end to speak of. If Samsung can't lick decent speakers here, they should outsource a solution to Bose, Sonos or Yamaha. If they want to stay with South Korean companies-working with Fredenstein would probably do a lot to help. Audio 2 out of 10. Adding external speakers is an option, but it really kills the illusion this TV is going for.

We subscribed to the collection of art and love to have it on whenever we are home. We hung other art pieces around it which add to the experience. When we do watch TV, it is a great TV with a crisp picture. The sound on the TV is OK, but we already had a sound bar that really helps gives a wider range. Would purchase this unit again and well worth the money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big fan of Samsung products in general because I have had consistently positive experience with them (cell phones, various TVs, etc). I typically find them responsive, reasonably intuitive to use, and having more features and upgrades than I am needing (fun perks). The Frame is no exception. My wife chose this TV primarily based on the aesthetics, hoping it would blend into our living room more naturally with the "picture frame appearance". I most prefer to display pictures of our boys, rather than the artwork. Whether artwork or photos, it still looks like a TV to me and not a framed picture... (but "happy wife...") I have the TV connected to a dolby Atmos surround receiver for big movies, but my boys just use the TV sound. The Frame TV sound is VASTLY superior to any other TV I've owned, both in volume capability and sound quality. The on-board smart menus are easy to navigate, and the remote is small and intuitive. The WiFi connectivity is strong and more reliable than other smart devices in our home. I give the TV 4 out of 5 stars because the matte finish on the screen is not as bright and vibrant as I would like. The image is crisp, clear, no "warm" spots, consistent blacks, good off-axis viewing... but images don't jump off the screen as they do with other screens. All in all, this screen is a larger and stronger screen than what we had, big upgrade. I certainly suggest it for consideration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new Frame T.V. very clear and super love the Art mode , every guest at home would love talk about frame T.V from Samsung .It appear like the real frame in out home .easy to install with a few tools, the mounting bracket makes a lot of sense, and the overall quality of the TV is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the frame feature and how nice it looks on the wall it's not just a black hole. The picture is great and I like that you can still use Chromecast. Sometimes I have issues with the app. The only way I can upload images for the frame was through a USB which I found really frustrating. I feel like if you have a Apple product you won't be able to really use the app very well it doesn't work it keeps crashing. Overall I like the TV but I feel like for the price I should be able to change the images on the TV easily.

The quality of the pictures, easiness to install and operate, and the beauty of the art form makes Frame my favorite TVs. I recommends to many friends and families after they saw mine. Nice little touch - the slim remote control is solar charged, never need to find batteries again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They force a ton of apps on you, some you cannot delete. The ones you can delete reappear after an update processes. I want YouTube off of my television, but somehow Samsung won't allow it. TV is generally okay otherwise, slows down at time so you have to go to the help center, run a diagnosis so it closes unused apps.

I love the option to post personal photos, screen savers and the ability to change them given the occasion. I also like that I can connect it to my SmartThings app and can get alerts if someone has left the fridge open. In the past I have experienced issues with connectivity on our Wi-Fi. But I am not sure if that's from our mesh system or the tv itself. It can be remedied by disconnecting and reconnecting to the network. I wish that the frame was in full 4k, we have a Samsung OLED model and love the picture quality. But I understand with the possibility of burnout, that it might not be possible to achieve. Overall a great tv, if future models came in 4k that would be even better.
