I do not like the ad on the home screen. It was an expensive TV, the ad is ridiculous

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that when I switch from one channel to the next the crisp picture remains on the screen and the larger size of the screen enhances the look of my home. The television clear picture helps me enjoy the choice of shows that I enjoy. The volume on the television remains the same, regardless of the time the show came out .

I loved this tv for the first three weeks and then it failed. The screen will not turn on. I contacted Samsung customer service and was advised that I would need a service technician to fix the tv and that they would be contact with me to schedule service. After three weeks of no contact, I reached back out to Samsung. They assured me that I would hear from a technician by the end of this week. This week has passed and I still have not had my tv serviced or heard from a technician. When I've called Samsung to inquire about the status of my repair, I am told they are still waiting on parts. I've know been a month without a tv (a longer timeframe than my new tv actually worked). I wish I could return this product as I paid a lot for it. It should have lasted longer than three weeks and Samsung should be able to resolve this issue in a timelier manner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have this TV in the primary bedroom so it gets used all the time. We love it—it was easy to upload family photos as the screen saver/art. This is a wonderful TV in terms of quality and is so unobtrusive. I'm usually all about form over function, but this TV scores high marks for how it looks AND how it works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent for streaming movies and TV with built in smart Samsung programming hardly a need for a cable tv box.. streams from phones and computers as well.. could use a couple more HDMI and sound ports.. Ties into surround sound system great via hdmi or optical. Picture is almost too good ! Some you can actually tell they are fake movie sets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is wonderful! It was easy to set up and adds to the room as a piece of art. The only down side is the menu design isn't my favorite, you have to click around to find things. But once you get where you're going, the picture is incredible!

Everyone comments on how cool it is and having the ability to pull up different works of art and try them out on my wall is very entertaining. The picture and sound are perfect for my room. The only downside is the remote, as it is a fussy little item. It does not always access what you request but the tv is so cool I overlook that. The silver buttons rub off quickly too- so I'll need to grab a replacement. All in all this is an awesome tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I splurged on this tv frame but it was well worth it. I can put different pics and paintings pics while not watching tv. Also the tv quality picture is actually really good. Again this was a splurge but we'll worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate the way TVs make a room look but with our FRAME, our living room just looks like there's a beautiful painting above our fireplace. The picture and sound is incredible and it easily paired with an existing sound system we already had. I will only be buying Frame TV's from now on.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Samsung Frame tv as my main TV in the living for everything from standard TV, to streaming movies, and sports. Great picture and I love the fact you can have the artwork on the TV it's very impressive when friends come over.
