It's a great picture, its panel is light weight with the one connect box making the brains separate from the wall unit. If you're looking for a easy wall install that you don't need to worry about ripping out then I'd recommend this. The art selection is large if you pay for the subscription. But I find I use it mostly for uploading family pictures (great way to have a constantly changing family portrait that won't burn in like OLED). The accompanying smart things app is a tad on the glitchy side, but if you can get it to connect it's relatively easy to navigate. Wish there were separate controls for art image mode in a dim room vs bright room since it has the light sensor. It out performs any budget TV but won't beat out a flagship or most middle of the road tvs. But you pay the little extra for the frame mount, art mode, and one connect box which I find to be worth it for the simplicity of install and cleanest appearance of any TV in it's price range (only other model similar is LG's G2 OLED that's 2-3 times more expensive and even that isn't as clean as install).

I like the ease of accessing apps. It was so easy to set up and wonderful instructions. Looks great, lots of compliments.

Sound is great and installation is pretty simple. Only thing I would like to say it could improve is that the wall mount should be a one piece design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impression with the TV was great, everything worked as expected, however few weeks later I started noticing how the TV is slowly decreasing the speed in which it opens the apps. there have been several times that it just does not open Netflix. I have tried updating the TV, the app but it just doesn't work, and when I go to my other TV, Netflix works just fine, so I'm assuming is a glitch for which I'll be calling in the next few weeks. Also, I know this is only a QLED, but I was expecting more of a better-quality picture compare the OLED There are good things about it, like when using it as a frame, the quality is great, just not so great when watching the actual tv. Lastly, reflection is great, no complaints about that. My kitchen is behind me, and due to big windows. we have so much light coming in and the TV has not light reflection, so I'm amazed by that, good job Samsung. Hopefully we see some improvement on the next few years.

It smoothly connects Samsung channels, Netflix or other streaming services and YouTube tv. The quality of picture is excellent. Audio volume is great as well. In addition to watching TV, I use it as a home decor as I can select different paintings to show on the screen when I'm not watching anything. Love the TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the TV to upgrade my old plasma screen in my living room. It was definitely worth it! I use it mainly for streaming movies and shows and have loved the quality of the sound and picture. It also comes with many settings to set up like Art Mode, or closed captions automatically being selected in my apps. Plus connecting it through my Samsung phone and Smart Things made logging in such a breeze. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I do think the audio would greatly improve by adding a sound bar speaker and the fact that in order to set up Art Mode with different art pieces, you have to pay a subscription or for the art pieces individually to display.

It's also has great features. I love the quality, sound, and workable friendly user system. It's easy to set up and 2 years later, it's still works perfectly!
