Instructions were time consuming but very straight forward and helpful for installation. We also bought the teak bezel to give it the full look. Super happy with this purchase!!

We especially love that we can have world-famous art work on our wall when we're not watching TV. All in all, the Frame is a great TV.

I do not like the ad on the home screen. It was an expensive TV, the ad is ridiculous

We did not have a TV for a long time and when we thought about getting one for our growing kids, saw The Frame at a friend's house and knew this was it. The art display truly looks like a piece of art hanging on the wall. Everything about the tv is subtle and the aesthetics of it are perfectly minimal. The TV itself is amazing in terms of picture quality and the smarttv features. I can't imagine ever getting another kind of TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased Samsung the frame in early 2022. The TV is one of my best purchases. I use the TV to watch news TV shows and games. It smoothly connects Samsung channels, Netflix or other streaming services and YouTube tv. The quality of picture is excellent. Audio volume is great as well. In addition to watching TV, I use it as a home decor as I can select different paintings to show on the screen when I'm not watching anything. Love the TV.

The wife didn't really want a tv in the living room because they're generally so ugly. It felt like a big black square would detract from the beautiful craftsmanship of the home. It's a little spendy to be sure, but it's well worth it. Some will criticize this tv bc it lacks some of the bells and whistles of other cheaper tvs, but the truth is it's a fine display. In fact, I love the matte display! Our living room has a lot of windows and I can't stand glare. With the frame, it's not an issue. Friends always ask about the tv. Some aren't even sure it is a tv because the quality of ‘art mode' is so good. We love changing out what's on screen. We don't use any of the Samsung art, as we prefer family portraits, but the Samsung are selection is pretty great.

I've been asked where I've gotten my paintings, but they're only different images that I change on my screen at times. The TV is amazing itself. It is one of the only ones with a well functioning browser, and has lots of apps. I haven't experienced anything that made me think the TV is missing something. Controller is sensitive and ergonomic. Last but not least, the Energy saving rating is very high and I can attest to that, in addition to just an amazing image and sound quality. The Pro settings are there for you when you switch between the genre or type of videos/images you are watching. And the colors are bright even when you have window/sun glare.

With the discounted price, I had to jump onto getting the Frame TV as I was looking to upgrade. Video quality is great with auto-light adjustments when in art mode. Backlit is decent for dark shows, so it's better to watch movies at night. I would get this TV again as it fits with my in-house decoration. Samsung house products is great overall
