The only feedback I have is that the feature where it plays music while in art mode could be easier to find and use. Currently it seems to be tucked away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we have it as a TV on a stand because the wall mount screws are to long for my wall so they stick out and can't mount the brackets. art categories are not organized. there is no free section. cant purchase art separately from the frame. bevels are to small to be appreciated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We originally purchased a 40” Frame TV for our home. We love it as it is not only an excellent tv but when off it blends right in with our artwork. It has excellent picture quality/ resolution, good sound from the tv alone (although it's linked with our surround sound system which we rarely use with regular viewing) and excellent viewing angles. We purchased two other larger units for a second home and a rental unit. Both work great and also provide excellent decor. We swap the images from time to time to change up the look of the living rooms where they are wall mounted. We watch a lot of movies, streamed from the web and also use the broadcast digital tv and cable. Everything is smooth and easy. The simplified remotes are great too. A big improvement over other brands we've used. If I was going to get another tv, there is no question that it would be another Samsung Frame.

It perfectly fit the space, is low profile, and has all the added goodies of a smart television with apps and Bluetooth controls. Paired with a Bose sound bar and subwoofer, the picture and sound are amazing. I wish I could get a commission on how many visitors have complimented and eventually bought the same series television. I cannot express how much this has completed my living room viewing experience and Samsung definitely hit its mark with the clarity and sharpness. One of the better purchases I've made in some time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really liking the Samsung frame tv. The matt finish minimizes reflections. Artwork looks great on it. The smart functionality is a little funky. All the apps for Netflix etc are present, but navigation on the TV could be improved. The smart hub app is functional, but often it doesn't allow me to upload a new photo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV solved my main problem in my living room. I have West facing windows which in the afternoon gets a lot of sunlight. This TV has an anti-reflective coating that really works. I used to have an OLED which was super bright but the glare was unbearable. I would have to pump up the brightness to get rid of the glare. I love how easy the set up for this TV is and everything goes through a connection box. The connection box is truly a wonderful idea without having to look for the HDMI ports on the back of the TV. The only thing I wish Samsung would update is the start up screen and shut down screen. Please make it black rather than bright white. Shutting down the TV should not be like shutting down a computer. Just have it shut down without having a bright white background fade out toward the middle. Only thing I would change.

While this is in our "lived in" room and gets the most use as an actual television in our house, the artwork feature is terrific. We loaded our family photos into the rotation and it is the best feature by far. When we are watching movies or streaming television, the picture is perfect and the responsiveness is unmatched. We ditched our Firestick and use the built in smart features which does everything we need an more. Even the wall mount was the easiest and cleanest we have ever used. Again, I cannot NOT say enough about this television.
