But I was luckily really wrong! The quality is amazing and the frame nice is amazing too. I've already recommended it to family.

Sound is great and installation is pretty simple. Only thing I would like to say it could improve is that the wall mount should be a one piece design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV because I built a corner fireplace, and my wife doesn't like "big, ugly, blank TV screens staring at you" when company is over. The artwork images are easy to upload from my devices with the Smart Things app, and we rotate them out seasonally. The remote is amazing! It's simple, elegant, small & can control anything we have. The picture is great, though it's not OLED-level great. There are better TVs available, as far as picture quality goes, but The Frame still has a fantastic picture and suits our needs for our living space. Plus, it's a Samsung! All my tech is Samsung, so it integrates seamlessly into my network. My only complaints are small. The 5 gHz band does not like my network, so I have to use 2.4 gHz. The only real problem I had was the included HDMI cable didn't work with the eArc capabilities even with the soundbar being a Samsung. A better, high capacity cable fixed it, so acquire the best cable available before installing. I'd recommend The Frame, and should I need another one I wouldn't hesitate to buy one again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV solved my main problem in my living room. I have West facing windows which in the afternoon gets a lot of sunlight. This TV has an anti-reflective coating that really works. I used to have an OLED which was super bright but the glare was unbearable. I would have to pump up the brightness to get rid of the glare. I love how easy the set up for this TV is and everything goes through a connection box. The connection box is truly a wonderful idea without having to look for the HDMI ports on the back of the TV. The only thing I wish Samsung would update is the start up screen and shut down screen. Please make it black rather than bright white. Shutting down the TV should not be like shutting down a computer. Just have it shut down without having a bright white background fade out toward the middle. Only thing I would change.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this tv as more of a statement piece to combine the aesthetics of a high quality print and a television when needed. It perfectly fit the space, is low profile, and has all the added goodies of a smart television with apps and Bluetooth controls. Paired with a Bose sound bar and subwoofer, the picture and sound are amazing. I wish I could get a commission on how many visitors have complimented and eventually bought the same series television. I cannot express how much this has completed my living room viewing experience and Samsung definitely hit its mark with the clarity and sharpness. One of the better purchases I've made in some time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My tv faces 3 large windows and whenever we have guests we always have to put all our blinds down to be able to watch tv without the reflection but when we purchased the Samsung frame tv we don't have that issue at all. It's definitely a Best Buy! We are in love with the artwork as well. We have purchased 3 more frame tv for all our rooms. Also being a smart tv also is very convenient since we have a smart home.

With the discounted price, I had to jump onto getting the Frame TV as I was looking to upgrade. Video quality is great with auto-light adjustments when in art mode. Backlit is decent for dark shows, so it's better to watch movies at night. I would get this TV again as it fits with my in-house decoration. Samsung house products is great overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just moved into a new home and it was time to get a few new TVs. I have been reading about the Frame TVs for a while and had wanted one. I purchased the 55" model and hung it above the mantle. First off the hanging mechanism is amazing. It actually hangs similar to an actual picture frame. With it on the wall i can move it side to side to adjust it. It also hangs very close to the wall. I love the sleep feature....when the TV is not in use I use a few Monet's to display, when it is evening or no motion is detected the screen will shutoff until motion is detected in the room. I love knowing that the screen will not be on all hours of the night. I have also read that there are some people that leave them on 24/7 and have for a couple years with no issues. The other feature i love is the connection box. There is a small fiber cable that runs from the TV to a box the size of a cable box, and this is where all of your peripherals connect to. No cables hanging from my TV. I have not purchased a frame to complete the frame look, however i plan to soon...
