Makes lacing a tv a great experience and not have black blank screen when not in use. The smart software is easy to use.

I loved this tv for the first three weeks and then it failed. The screen will not turn on. I contacted Samsung customer service and was advised that I would need a service technician to fix the tv and that they would be contact with me to schedule service. After three weeks of no contact, I reached back out to Samsung. They assured me that I would hear from a technician by the end of this week. This week has passed and I still have not had my tv serviced or heard from a technician. When I've called Samsung to inquire about the status of my repair, I am told they are still waiting on parts. I've know been a month without a tv (a longer timeframe than my new tv actually worked). I wish I could return this product as I paid a lot for it. It should have lasted longer than three weeks and Samsung should be able to resolve this issue in a timelier manner.

From the picture quality while it is “off” in frame mode to the actual sound and picture of live tv, we are so impressed. Not only does it look and sound great but you can pretty much do ANYTHING on it. It's like a computer!! And I'm not even very techy! But it's easy to use. The only thing I would suggest is the remote dies every so often and it did not come with a charger? Otherwise great purchase

I only wish Samsung would send me another one for my bedroom.

We love the prescription to museums around the world and never lack for art for any mood. I like to mark favorites and the frame plays them as a slideshow so we never lack for our favorite art on the wall! I prefer browsing pictures to watching TV these days, but whenever we want to watch a program its easy to use our favorite streaming programs to watch what we like.

It's very easy to find and load new apps and I can even play games. I also cast programs from my Samsung Galaxy S22 ultra phone seamlessly as well as my gallery/photos and social media. It's nearly endless how easy it is to navigate through this tv. I've connected via Bluetooth my external speakers and my component stereo. I know I'm bragging, but my tv has such a crystal clear and sharp picture that I've had friends comment on it many times. I am really proud to be a Samsung customer, they really know what they're doing.
