Has anyone else been able to redeem the 2-year free art store subscription? I have been trying since Thanksgiving to redeem it, with no luck. I contacted Samsung support and they told me they had to escalate to another department and now they won't return emails.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the Frame TV. It looks beautiful on the wall and sits like a picture frame. Also love the artwork subscription we got when we purchased it. We use the built in TV/streaming services, which is nice to ditch all the connected devices. My only complaint is the hanging of the TV is not inherently simple and took a bit the first go around. Once you understand it, it's not too bad though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our 65” Frame is mounted over a fireplace with concealed wires. I was able to use one of my own photos as the art. Art is activated by motion sensor. I didn't want a blank screen occupying a prominent place in our room. The only thing I wish I knew before it was installed is that I would need to procure 2” grommets for where the single wire and plug threads through the wall. Great wireless reception too. We're very happy!

When not being used to binge watch or play games, it functions as a framed piece of art of the user's choosing. I wish every brand got on this idea-nobody likes the clunkiness of even the flattest new TVs. And without the old cables to give away its smart use, it blends perfectly with all or no art you may already have on your walls.

Everyone that sees it is impressed with the picture quality.and how it looks on or in art mode. Paired with the slim sound bar from Samsung in white couldn't be happier with the streamlined appearance.

The Frame allows us to have the best of both worlds, a tv with great picture quality when we want one, and a framed piece of art (or family photos) for when we aren't watching TV. Highly recommend.
