I have terrible lower back pain, neck and shoulder pain. Used to wake up screaming in agony and getting up in the mornings was a nightmare. After one night on this bed I have no pain whatsoever, I get up in the morning bouncing and ready to go without a hint of pain. I look forward every night to getting in bed, the feel of this mattress is pure heaven. Excellent workmanship and quality.

After just two night I feel no pain , no tiredness in the morning and just feeling good. This is queen size with medium tight top. I absolutely loved this mattress. The color is very beautiful and the quality is great. Great sleeping is very important after a hard working day. I highly recommend this.

We had our mattress delivered today so have not slept on it yet. The buying experience was excellent. James Foreman was our Outfitter and he took as much time as we needed to test each mattress and find the one that was best for our sleep needs. He explained the pros and cons of each mattress and also explained their mattress recycling program as well as their delivery experience. By the time we left the store, we were confident that we could make a decision and be happy with our mattress. The next day, I placed the order with Steve, the manager, who also explained the delivery and mattress pickup process. Our mattress came on time and was quickly taken upstairs and installed along with the box springs we bought. We used our current metal frame and the mattress and box springs fit perfectly. All in all, we had an excellent experience with Mattress Outfitters and I will recommend them to friends and family. Thanks, James and Steve, we appreciate your knowledge and professionalism.

It has just the right amount of firmness (I can't stand mattresses that are too soft or too firm). The pillow top is a nice luxurious touch also that most mattresses don't have. We recommend the mattress highly.

I fall asleep immediately every night it is so comfortable. Another plus to this mattress is the built in box frame at the bottom so you don't need a box spring. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a participant with BzzAgent sampling program we were chosen to test the medium lux hybrid for free in exchange for an honest review. I debated about giving this a 3 or a 4, so here are my thoughts. Keep in mind, we have only had this for a little over a week so far. Before choosing the mattress we would be willing to test I looked at the website for the firmness scale and the scale on the website said the firmness would be around 6-7 out of 10 for the medium. We have not found this to be accurate at this point. When we sit on the edge of the bed it sinks WAY down. Then when we lay in it, we sink way in. Its weird because if kinda feels a bit firm, but then we wake up in a hole. Definitely doesn't feel as firm as we expected and it is unfortunately a situation where we are waking up with sore backs. (I will add that we are not small people, but also not excessively overweight. I think it is a factor though). As for the cooling feature...we don't really see it. I don't know if that is because we have a mattress cover on it, or its just not working well for us. We will be trying it without the mattress cover soon. Not giving up yet. I can see this mattress being great for people who prefer a softer bed. I struggle to accurately say what I think because it does seem to have the support and stability I want in a mattress, but I also am waking up with a sore back and in a hole. I know, clear as mud. Overall, I think it s a good solid choice as long as its clear that it is softer than expected. One major thing that was bothersome to us was the off gassing. The "chemical" smell on this mattress for the first few days was so strong I actually ended up sleeping on the couch one night. I am sensitive to toxic fumes and it was causing me some trouble. That does seem to have dissipated after 4 days or so. So, after just one week, I wouldn't count this mattress out, but I don't think it will end up being right for us.

I spent over $3500 for the pillow top firm and it has been the worst investment I have ever made. I am a single person and with one person sleeping on the mattress, it is hard to sleep all over the mattress to even out the pillow top sinking. Now the pillow top sinks in one area that I sleep and is very lumpy. I wake up hurting every morning. Now I will be trashing my investment when I can and going back to Beautyrest probably. I had a beautyrest mattress for 9 years before finally buying a new one. Losing over $3500 is a big hit.

This mattress is hot and well, saggy. I am not that large but if I lie in the middle of the bed, I create a 4-6 inch impression which makes movement hard. I guess it is the memory foam that does that since it was not apparent at first. I have had a few back surgeries and need more support to keep my back in alignment.

Very disappointed in spending this much money on a mattress that hurts my body so bad to sleep on and can't even return it. There is nothing level on it, it's stiff in some spots and super soft in others. You would think with a price tag like that it would feel like a luxury bed. I will never ever buy another stearns and foster again as this was my second one after exchanging a different one because it was ungodly uncomfortable. Their is no way the same mattresses are in the store than being sold. And I am well past the break in period so my body doesn't just need to adjust.

We got the mattress for less than a year and its already sagging. We have tried to communicate with the service department and all they refused to exchange the mattress because its not curvy enough. This is ridiculous and its causing psychological issues that we cant even fall asleep properly. We are so disappointed in both the quality of the mattress and the service!
