I'm extremely happy with this mattress. After a long day, I feel like I'm melting into the bed. It stays fairly cool, but we had to try different mattress covers that stayed cool as well. The medium firmness was perfect for us as it provides great support for my back, but doesn't provide pressure points. Before this mattress, I would wake up with pain in my shoulder. I haven't had shoulder pain in the morning with this mattress.

I highly recommend Stearns and Foster. I have not slept this well in my life. As soon as I lie down I am asleep until morning. I wake up rested and refreshed and my whole body feels refreshed. This mattress has changed my sleeping.

We recently went to a friends house and we were fortunate enough to sleep on this mattress. I was experiencing severe pain in my L5 S1 vertebrae. The night that I slept on this mattress for the first time in a long time, I actually got a good nights rest. The following week when we were home, we opted to buy this mattress as it had proved to be a mattress that I could actually sleep on and rest on without having pain in my lower back.

The mattress is a dream to sleep in and holds up very nicely to make a very sleep inducing but firm holding experience for my back and body. The mattress with the topper is a little thicker and sits higher than I imagined it would, but for the sleep I'm having I do no mind.

I was really not interested in changing out my previous mattress. However I was convinced that some of my back pain was coming from my previous very expensive soft mattress. After exploring everything on the market, I kept coming back to this mattress and up till the day it was delivered. I was nervous the first night sleep was spectacular and every night since it’s been the same. I love it so much. I’m buying a second one for our other house.

We purchased our mattress about a year ago. At first it was fine but within 4 to 6 months it started to show indents where we sleep. Now a year later it’s just awful. We try smoothing it out but that is extremely difficult, if not impossible to do. My husband is going to call the company today, I do hope he has a positive response.

Suffer from a bad back. The firm mattress gave me the comfort and support needed for a good night’s rest. Just after one night, could feel the difference. Woke up refreshed. Wife says she hasn’t seen me sleeping this soundly in years. The mattress is absolutely perfect!

Wonderful product This is our 2nd S&F bed. Had to retire the first after 20 plus years. The quality and comfort are the 2 main reasons we stayed with the brand. My back issues are sooo much better and I have never slept so soundly. I cancelled my sleep study test as sleep is no longer an issue.

My husband and I have been through three beds in the last five years! I went back and forth many times debating the purchase of this mattress.....doing research on all different kinds of mattresses! Yes there are cheaper ones, however I am so pleased that I ended up choosing this one! We have had it since the beginning of the year.....so only a month in, but everyday we are both kind of surprised at what a difference this mattress has made in our sleep. We sleep through the night, we don't notice tossing and turning anymore, and a lot of the pain we used to wake up with has subsided.....not disappeared.....but not near as bad as it used to be.

When my husband and I were first married, nearly 60 years ago, we had the money to purchase only one item of furniture. It was a Stearns & Foster mattress. Over the years when that mattress had to be replaced...and we needed beds for our two daughters, we opted for an unknown brand at a mattress store: big mistake. A second replacement for our own king size bed was a well known, well advertised luxury brand a friend had raved about. Another mistake. Well, at least I learned from my mistakes. With our nest empty, we needed a mattress for our guest room. We did our shopping correctly this time. Success. Happiness. Everyone who slept on the mattress commented on how comfortable it was. Fast forward to several months ago. My husband complained. Our "luxury" was way past its expiration date. He was falling into some kind of invisible hole he told me. I made an instant decision. I called Stearns & Foster and asked for the current iteration of our "Saba Wind." The very nice young woman who answered told me the Lux Estate Pillow Top Medium would be the updated version. I drove to a nearby store that had this exact model on the floor. Yes! Beautifully comfortable. Incredible support. Perfect. Firm yet not too firm. A pillow top with provided just the right amount of "give." We're thrilled. We made the right decision. We've lived and learned. The "bargain" mattresses were a waste of money. The famous brand earned no fame from us. It simply didn't hold up over time. We're back with Stearns & Foster, where we started out. And we're happy!
