The sleep tracker does not work. I go to bed a 10pm but when I get up for a minute or 2 to go to the restroom or something, it wont track me going to bed at the original time. Instead it tracks me going to at 1130pm, 1am, or whatever time I wake up for a min or 2.

I have had this scale for many months. It worked fine at first. Then the data did not appear on my phone. About 4 calls to support and now still uncertain to how well it is working. The last support person (call on 10/10) was absolutely terrible. Very demeaning. She was the worst support I have ever had compared to all the support people I have ever talked to in over 10 years. Very impatient, talked fast, and condescending. If I ever get her again, I will hang up.

I bought this to track my body composition the number varies a lot also it does not match with inbody test that I do once every two month Basically it is glorified bathroom scale. Also for second person using this they have to create an app and also getting it to give all the metrics for second person is pretty hard.

Its a nice scale but it is not accurate and there is no way to calibrate it, if find its about 4-5lbs, I have a old JennieCraig scale and when I use a 5lb weight it shows five pounds with the S2 its about 8-9lbs. The other connected features work fine

I like this scale and the ability to effortlessly sync to my Garmin profile. The data is accurate and it is easy to use the scale. When you set it up, be sure to follow the instructions - this is not a product you can intuit through. Once that happens, you are ready to go. There is only one user in my household, so I can't address multi user scenarios. The reason it gets 4/5 is the surface shows every water spot and eventually you will have mineral deposits. I have not been able to get mine off. If I were to order again, I recommend choosing white. A fine product and I recommend it!

The scale is great but the main reason for buying it was the data it would send to the Connect app so I can track things. The scale uploads every time I use it but the data has yet to show up in the app. Reading through the forums it seems like a lot of people are running into the same thing. Very disappointed that they can't get this working. I was hoping to use this in conjunction with my watch to further refine my workouts. 3 stars because it still works as a scale, just an expensive scale at this point though.

The scale is hard to connect and often drops off from the Garmin connect app, particularly when multiple users are added. The body fat percentage is wildly inaccurate and does not even track trends well. The multipoint scales with handles are far more accurate. I love garmin, and will remain a loyal garmin customer for activity tracking, but this scale is off the mark.

This is a solid ad as a Garmin watch user and someone who has been looking closer at their fitness. I like the scales simplicity personalized user experience and auto syncing to track my weight throughout the day and overtime. The only issue I have is that it seems you have to tap it pretty hard to make it wake up. All things considered. I would recommend FSA eligible as well, which is nice.

Good stats to use with other fitness tracking. Too difficult to setup and add users. All the instructions say to follow the setup steps, but never helps with problems and troubleshooting. Not sure all the time to get it to work is worth the additional stats.

I wanted a Gramin scale because of my smart watches and my car's GPS are Garmin. So, I purchased a Garmin scale. I was very disappointed in the set-up of the Garmin smart scale. A simple printed manual in English (I don't need 5 different languages) would have helped. I've had the scale now for a month and very sorry I spent the time and money on a Garmin smart scale because my wife and still I record our weights ourselves. It's just easier!
