I finally upgraded to the world of smart scales and after a lot of research, this was my end result. I am happy with my choice and the product. I feel it's accurate and the convenience of uploading my information is perfect. Sometime I just don't have the time to manually enter all the details myself and it's a rush to just try and get a daily weigh in when you have a toddler. So far so good!

This scale is great if you love stats but hate logging them. I use the connect app a lot, and it's nice to be able to step on the scale and go about my day without logging into an app and recording each number. I recently had a Dexa scan done and this scale is about 3-4% under the fat amount. It's consistent, but I'm pretty sure it's been off by the same amount since I got it. I have a much older scale from a different company and it shows exactly the same number as the Dexa scan and the Garmin scale has been 3-4% under that one every time I compare fat %. If you want to track change over time, it seems good for that. And compared to my watch telling me I'm less fit than I hoped, having my scale be more forgiving may not be the worst thing.

I love how this scale integrates into the Garmin ecosystem. I use it daily for tracking my weight, but I have found it to be highly inaccurate. When going to my local nutrition shop and getting a body scan completed the body fat percentage was off by 7%. This is built into garmin’s fitness age calculation and recommendations. I have as Garmin recommends, entered the values under my device settings. But, this has not improved accuracy.

So far this has worked well and continues to do so after my big move out of the USA to overseas. I had set-up in hotel for the first month using their wi-fi and so far the new home is working. I've actually have this one set up along with another scale, Aria Air, that is pretty close in both coming up with the same weight each day. Right now I'm using to Smart Watch/Fitness Tracker so this has all worked out well for me in tracking health.

Set up was incredibly easy. I already have several Garmin tools including an Index BPM, Fenix watch, and various cycling units, so I have Garmin Connect set up and functioning both on my computer and iPhone. Still, I was surprised at how well the scale integrated itself into my system. It seems very accurate, very easy to use, and far better than earlier scales I used from other brands. It was more expensive by quite a bit, but the value was there, and I feel fully justified. It is an elegant, fully functional piece of equipment that I consider vital to my fitness regimen.

I want to really like this scale. I’ve wanted to convert to the Garmin scale from the Fitbit for years. I finally did the last two weeks and sometimes the scale drops and adds 10 pounds randomly from day to day. pretty inconsistent and not too happy so far.

Pulled it from the box, put batteries in, booted up the Garmin app and it connected effortlessly. It reads just as fast as any other digital scale. I no longer need to manually add my weight; I step on the scale and it auto-updates the fitness tracker with my weight, body fat, muscle density, etc. It's really cool!

It’s ok I have other biometric scales that are better but it works with my watch. On another note, I don’t like how garmin is overcharging to update older gps models for my boat so I’m forced to buy a new one. FYI…. Not going to happen I take it personal and am going simrad

Very happy with this scale. Had a small issue with the initial setup, but it was my own fault. Did the factory reset and started over. Has worked great ever since. My wife and I are both Garmin users and the scale correctly identifies each of us and passes the information to our Connect accounts. It couldn't be easier.

If you are a Garmin user, this is the scale for you. The scale picks up different profiles automatically and uploads data directly into your garmin profile and other cross compatible apps like myfitnesspal. Ultimately, I find that this scale gives me more metrics than I even know what to do with, but it is great to see progress when you are working towards your goals and not just focused on the overall weight.
