I have had this scale for sometime now and love it so far. I weigh in every morning and love that it is automatically is tracked in my Garmin Connect. Scale weight is very accurate other metrics that it tracks not sure but it gives me a good picture of how I am doing in the other areas that it tracks.

I have had a Garmin Index scale since they first came out. The S2 is more user friendly than the original scale. I really like the ease of use since you do the setup with the Garmin Connect App. My fitness tracker also connects to the app so I can see my health statistics all in one spot. I think being a repeat buyer says it all!

It is nice how the scale shows your weight, BMI, water weight, and other statistics when you weigh yourself. Then if follows up with a graph that shows all of your weigh in stats. Nice and convenient screen to show you how you are progressing - if that's what you are going for.

I used a Garmin scale for many years, but it died. I purchased a Withings and got similar readings to my old Garmin. I just bought a new S2 for my 2nd home. All the readings track, but the Body Fat % is double what my other scale shows. I researched and this seems to be an issue for older users (I'm 64).

I bought this as a gift for my husband. Have tried absolutely everything to add myself as a second user. Yes, we did the invitation multiple times. Went through all the trouble shooting steps. Finally got me on, but then my husband was removed. We have spent way too much time trying to have this scale work for just 2 people. We have had to accept that it will record the data for one person and anyone else can only use it as an old fashioned scale where you just look at the number. Not worth the money in my opinion.

I love that I can climb on this thing and get a weight and then forget about it as that number gets integrated into my Garmin ecosystem. The foot tap is easy, and my scale is on a wood floor so I don't have any issues with imbalances. I already had Garmin Connect running on my phone and a good wifi network so setup was an absolute breeze. The device feels substantial and well made, not cheap. It has a big deck, so stepping onto it is an easy proposition at 5am in the morning when I get up for a run or ride. Great product.

BOUGHT THIS SCALE WHEN I PURCHASED GARMINE FORERUNNER 935 HAVING USED FITBIT SPORT WATCHES SINCE IT'S INCEPTION. HAVING 3 WEEKS OF USING BOTH GARMIN 935 WATCH AND SCALE I WOULD GIVE THE WATCH A 5 STAR RATING BUT THE SCALE IS A 1 STAR RATING. ONLY BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO STOMP ON IT TO ACTIVATE SCALE THEN WAIT TO STEP ON IT, NUMEROUS TIMES A SECOND OR THIRD TIME IS NESSARY FOR A STOMP! SEEING I AM A SINGLE USER THIS IS UNNESSARY. ESPECIALLY SINCE BEING ONLY REGISTER USER OF SCALE I ALSO GET RESPONSE IF I AM THE USER WITH A QUESTION MARK, VERY UPSET WITH THIS PURCHACE OF SCALE. BEWARE IF YOUR THE ONLY PERSON USING SCALE!

I am a firm believer in bio-electric impedance technology, as this scale purports to be, and have had body composition tests done before. Previously, I was about 10-15 pounds heavier with not near as much muscle mass. On two separate machines, I was told I was at 16%-20% bodyfat. I am now 10-15 lbs lighter and my muscle mass has increased immensely and visibly. This scale puts me at 34% bodyfat with 16 lbs of bone mass. At a very athletic 6'3"/295 pounds, there is no way my bodyfat and bone mass is that. The scale is calibrated correctly since I checked it against my wife's existing scale, but I wouldn't trust the other metrics measured by this scale. I was disappointed.

I pretty much love everything except the body fat calculation. It was WAY off to begin with. Once I went into the settings and set my body fat to what it should be it has been pretty steady since. If this is calculating through your body as it says it does, then you shouldn't have to manually enter data like that in order for it to read more accurately. I do love how it auto uploads all data to my Garmin Connect app. Overall though, I'm happy with purchasing this scale.

This is my first smart scale but I did a lot of research before choosing. I should begin by saying that I live in the Garmin ecosystem: watch, bike computer. This scale gives me a lot of information, like Weight, BMI, Body Fat, Muscle Mass, Bone Mass, and Body Water Content. While I've only used it for a few weeks, it will track 7 day, 4 week, and one year data. By comparing it with other scales that I use, at the gym for example, it seems accurate; or at least consistent. When combined with my Garmin watch, or other smart watches I believe, it gives me a total view of my over all health and daily activity like sleep, heart rate, steps, etc. The display is easy to read and it was very easy to connect via wifi. It is also a really nice looking scale in all black. I highly recommend this scale for anyone that would like to track how diet and exercise is effecting your fitness goals.
