Beautiful Picture

We have had our Vizio for a little over a week. Hook up and set-up went smoothly, as did the unpacking. Picture is amazing. Colors are pure and blacks are truly black. Also using a Vizio sound bar, which integrates seamlessly with the television and provides amazing 5.1 Dolby sound. TV and sound bar are a great value. Highly recommended.

Wishing I had my money back!!

This is, without a doubt in my mind, the most aggravating piece of electronic trash I have ever purchased. When does "ON" not mean "ON" when you have this thing! Several ways to power up, none are reliable many times when any of the "ON" options is pushed the TV just does nothing and then it is an irritating task to try to get it "ON". It has not failed to turn on eventually yet but if you are shopping in my opinion you should not consider this product! This review is a 1 star because I couldn't give it way less, I am thinking that I would in reality give it a minus 20 and that is being generous.

Amazing picture -- horrible product

TV has an amazing picture being an OLED. TV is full of issues that Vizio support mentions fixed coming out for, but they never deliver. 1) If I have a device that supports HDMI 2.1 hooked up and turn the TV off while on the HDMI 2.1 port. I have to physically unplug the power and plug it back in to get the tv to turn back on. Since the TV is on the wall -- I have to flip the actual breaker. If I switch to HDMI 1.4 and 1080p instead of 4k -- the problem goes away. 2) When using 1080p and 4k on HDMI 1.4 and HDMI 2.1 along with an eARC sound bar -- the system randomly thinks there is no HDMI video source and turns the TV off or it randomly blacks out and back to the video. Sometimes it will work for hours, sometimes it starts doing it after 5 minutes. Very annoying if your in a game and it happens. 3) VRR never worked right out the box 4) ARC/eARC do not work at all for me anymore 5) SmartCast apps look fine, but randomly will start having a green tent to the video.

I'm having multiple issues with it. Tried to set it up with my Xbox X series too play in 4K resolution but the screen goes black. When I did change some settings to get the TV too play my Xbox in 4K it wouldn't turn back on after I had turned it off from playing. I had to physically unplug and plug it back into the wall too got it too come back on.

Great TV-apps dont like to work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV itself is fantastic, very dark blacks. Not as bright as I would like but I've heard OLED's aren't as bright. DOWNSIDE- The apps work but when streaming on any app it will randomly have to buffer. I can remedy this sometimes by clicking out of the show/movie and quickly clicking back in but sometimes it needs the app to be restarted to work again.

Beautiful Picture and Amazing Value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't think of a better bang for the buck. Image quality is outstanding. TV boots quickly and apps are fast on wireless connection. The main menu is very simple to navigate and settings provide all the picture and audio modes I need. Vizio customer support is also stellar.

Perfect Picture and Great Support

Vizio has provided excellent support with firmware updates, which included a recent update to the streaming interface. Best television value on the market.

Great tv with amazing features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tv is great, the picture quality is amazing , the design looks great. I use the tv with my VIZIO 1.5 sound bar and it integrates very easily. It's been almost 3 years and we are still using the TV. There are some dead pixels appearing on tv but they are It noticeable from far, I can see them if I am very close to tv. After the latest update of smart cast, the tv hangs after it enters in screen saver mode. The only way to get it working again is to unplug and plug the power again.

OLED55H-1 Sucks!

Where to start... do not buy this tv for a next gen console. You have to manually change the input setting from HDMI AUTO to HDMI 2.1 for the Xbox to recognize the 4K @ 120hz. If that wasn't annoying enough the specs said ALLM, HDR, and VRR. When you go to the TV info screen says no to HDR and VRR. Then proceeded to give the TV another chance by using the apps it offers. What a joke! The screen went green and kept flashing the picture. I tried five to six apps. All the same outcome. Finally on day three of owning it... it quit showing the picture for the Xbox. To confirm it wasn't the Xbox Series X I switched back to my Samsung Q70R TV which has a better picture and does everything, but 4K @ 120hz abs is still to this day running fine. Needless to say I shouldn't have bought a VIZIO in the first place like my gut told me. I wasted my gas and time on this TV.

Excellent tv great picture

The only issue I have is. I own both ps5 and xbox series x and if I use hdmi ports 2 and 3 4k 120hz I have to unplug the tv every time I turn the tv on I worked around this by using ports 1 and 4 so I'm stuck at 4k 60hz on both consoles unless I want to constantly unplug the tv for it to work but over all I love the oled tv and you have to get a polarized power cable because vizio gives you a non polarized power cable that does not fit the TV power port
