This bed is so comfortable! I love laying in bed and reading.

I bought this full size and was expecting the gray frame around it & headboard. I called before purchase and they told me it came with it. I didn’t receive the gray frame and head board. I called again and another person said I had to purchase it. I’m willing to do that but where do I purchase the headboard & frame? She told she’d get back to me either by phone or email and I still haven’t heard. The bed it self is comfortable but does not work with a dust raffle (mattress slides off) I even bought a gorilla pad for that purpose and still had to throw away new dust raffle. Please let me know where I can get help to purchase additional item for a full size bed. I want it to look like the picture.PLEASE RESPOND

Much nicer than expected

Pros: If you like memory foam, you'll love this bed. The bed base moves just like I wanted and the mattresses are very comfortable. The remote controls are just as I needed. I shopped around pretty good and you won't find a good adjustable split king bed w/mattresses under 2k anywhere else. Cons: The only con I found is small. The mattress seems to slide a little on the base, so I have to bump it back in place sometimes. I'll be working on a fix for that. Should be easy. Velcro or rubber something something.

The mattress is TERRIBLE. Cheaply made with zero edge support. It's not soft/firm on the 2 sides. It's soft and soft on both sides. You can barely tell the difference with the 2 sides. The base is different from pictured. It doesn't have 4 pieces on the base, only 3. So the leg part can only go up and not actually bend. Very disappointed.

The shipping box arrived with multiple holes and visible damage. The base cover has a hole. The product and packaging appear to have been previously returned, as the box had multiple layers of tape and looked re-packed rather than factory-sealed. Given the condition, I do not consider this item acceptable to keep. Please, don't buy. Wasting time

Great bed and confortable bed, easy to install

So far so good. Only had a few weeks. I’m sleeping better and a little longer. If it holds up over time it will have been a very good purchase.
