Big improvement over original factory tires. They seem to last longer too in her experience. I’m still new so time will tell for my set. It’s the only brand and line she’s been using for years on multiple cars

They seem like they will be very durable long-term and I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for tires, as they seem perfect.

absolutely the right choice for my style driving. haven't been able to check any MS features but no doubt in my mind I will be totally satisfied with them. on the road, quiet, smooth riding, just a hint of whine but nothing to be upset about when you can barely hear them.

Not an upgrade for the defender ltx ms. I am very disappointed and feel I wasted money. The outer lugs are closed now which changes their capabilities. The compound doesnt hold as well in water and snow/ice. Maybe you will get more miles and on dry pavement they are decent but that isn't what these tires are supposed to be...and at such a price. I won't purchase these again and will find another brand for next tires. I bought online because I had to finance and trusted michelin to not mess up a great tire...these should have a different name...they do not act like ltx ms....not at all. Very disappointed.

I felt safe driving in the rain and ice and below freezing cold temperatures. The Michelin - Defender® LTX M/S2 tires are not just your run of the mill tires, they are built to last and to keep you and your family safe! The tread is thick and built to withstand whatever conditions you may encounter. I absolutely love these tires and I tell everyone they should get them for themselves if they want dependable and durable tires!!

These came stock on my 22 Tacoma. I'm at almost 3 years on these tires with 65k miles. From the look of them I could definitely go another 15k easily. They have preformed so well in the mid Atlantic region I decided to get them again on a new set of wheels. Quite smooth and fantastic in the rain. I'd recommend them to anyone that doesn't need a offroad tire.

I recently purchased a set of these Defender LTX M/S2 tires for my F250. Tire size is LT275/65R18. They replaced a set of off road tires that were loud and made for a harsher than normal ride. I've always been a fan of Michelin tires on my trucks but I think these are the best tires I've ever bought. The change is ride quality and noise is nothing less than remarkable. The ride on my truck is much smoother and now it sounds like the interior of a luxury sedan rather than a truck. The truck pulled very slightly to the right with the old tires but the Michelins solved that problem. They look good, they ride good and they're very quiet on the highway (where my truck is used nearly exclusively). I was reluctant to spend so much for tires but I'm very happy I did. Highly recommended.

I was hoping these tires were as good as the previous ones, but I was wrong. These tires are louder and seem to inhibit more road vibration. I have had them balanced again but they still have an issue. The previous LTX Defenders I had were smooth had hardly any road noise and felt more sure footed. This comparison is after the 50 or 60k miles I had on the old ones, up until the day I swapped them out. I don't know who they paid to design these tires but I would hope they get rid of them and find the old team that designed the previous generation tire. The only thing I can say that is about the same is the gas mileage. So I will give a 1 star for at least keeping one aspect of the tire the same. Please get back to being the Michelin brand that used to mean something. I will definitely save my money next time and get a different brand at half the price, it surely couldn't be any worse.

I have a company with 2 trucks and for 10 years I have only used Michelin tires, in their facilities they have the best customer service, they are fast and thorough with every detail. I put these Defenders on my Thoe, I love the stability it provides to my vehicle and the durability. I take a lot of family trips, and I am in all climates with my car, these tires are all I need, I know I will be safe with them. Excellent quality-price. Having Michelin tires will be your best decision. 100% recommended

This is the 3rd set of this set of tires that I have purchased for this truck. All of them have given me more miles that the warranty will cover and the handling and comfort have always been top notch. I originally purchased them because i was told the noise was very low. This has been true, I hear very little road noise. That’s saying a lot because this truck has been driven across the country 3 times.
