Onions are to big and they are kinda tough.

Delicious steak cut (large) onion rings. They bake up nicely. Exactly the way I like them. No need for deep frying.

Great taste and easy to make. Only issue is that several are nested and glued togeter with batter together so they won't crip up nicely.

Very good rings. I deep fried them and they were very sweet and crunchy. Next I will try them in the air fryer to see how they do. These are as good as you can get without making them from scratch.
