We have used the Glad forceflex 13 gallon kitchen bags since they were new. We always liked them. The garbage bags stood up to the test and task. We wouldn't buy another brand. However, I'm not sure what changed but these bags tear easily. Just lifting them out of the garbage can tears them. We've had to double the bags because of this issue. I'm sorry to say that due to this issue we will not buy this brand again.

A couple of months ago I saw the Force Flex bags on sale and thought I would try them. I am really disappointed in the poor quality of these new and improved bags. I just bought some of the Force Flex Plus bags and it is the same story. I don't overfill my garbage cans. Many times there is room for more garbage, but I didn't want to press my luck. These bags are flimsy and easy to tear. I also have had issues with the drawstring breaking while I am trying to cinch the bag closed. I saw a few reviews that sound similar to my experience and I am happy to say that I am not the only one suffering. Please, listen to your customers. Bring back the non-Force Flex bags back. Its scented with gain original scent and it keeps my trash can smelling great and masks the smelly odors from our everyday garbage so when we open the lid we don't smell trash we smell gain. These are super strong and made with their force flex technology which let's them stretch to fit the trash instead of ripping and spilling the trash. I love the handles that make it super easy to carry the bag and not get my hands dirty and it makes it super easy to tie the bag closed securely!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Force Flex series for years, Force Flex Protection to be exact. We buy them by the box of 110 and recently the bags started were splitting at the seams every time you put it in the can which impacted the drawstring. I thought it was just a bad batch and now we are on box number two and it is still happening. It also doesn't flex all that well and we have stuff push through the sides quite often. We have used the same can for 14+ years so that is not the problem. We are giving up on these bags and will be finding a new company.

Once food is placed in them all you smell is trash. These bags continue to smell great even when trash is place inside

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bag does exactly what it says it will do. It does take away the stinky smell that comes from the garbage can. It makes the garbage can smell a little better because you are using them. I had an onion that was going bad & put it in the garbage, with this bag, & there was a very strong scent in the kitchen, & I noticed that it did not go into the living room which was 30ft (if that) away. When I removed the bag, there was a slight scent of onion left in the garbage can. But it was not as nearly as bad as it usually is. These are great bags!
