Perfect and powerful little unit. I have a larger Dupray steamer, but rarely pull it out as this one tackles the toughest cleaning tasks. Love it.

Bought just over 2 years ago and it's defunct, out of warranty and only fit for dumping. Very disappointing

Not worth the hype. Doesn't cut through even mild residue in the kitchen and bathroom. Glass attachment makes poor contact with glass. No cord management for hose is absurd.

I purchased this model from Amazon. The water never got hot enough to steam clean anything. Very disappointed. I just wanted to warn any potential buyers.

Do NOT recommend. The machine stop working after having it for less than a year. At first, I couldn't open the nozzle once I did get it opened it and added the water it didn't come out the hose.

I brought this for myself for Xmas to make life easier for myself and my cleaner 🧽 and it's brilliant she ended up showing me how much she appreciated it 😉

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and have just unpacked it. I am amazed by the design, the accessories and of course the "Neat" ...ness of the product !! It is so well designed and the build quality for the price is amazing ! So easy to use !

I've had my DUPRAY Neat steam for almost two months now and I love it !! I clean houses and I have to say it's worth the moneys and it's a great investment!!!

Arrived last week but I was OOT so did not get to use yet. I had an earlier model but got clogged and not steaming well. This one was great. I cleaned a large portion of the kitchen grout tiles but I especially will like to detail my car as I did with previous model and for oven and baseboards. I am anxious to try the window/mirrow squeegee too. Always feel good to have those dirty grout lines throughout the house clean. I am looking at Heroo Spot Cleaner. I have an 87 year old friend whom I help the last two month as she had some major surgery and no family to help help Her cat is old and has problems so I am anxious to try on her carpet spots from the cat. Also would be better for furniture and beds and curtains.

I set it up upon arrival and had such an enjoyable time deep cleaning my bathroom that I went through a full tank! Shower floor and bathroom floor look so clean, it’s crazy how great this is. Mirror, vanity, toilet-all sparkling and without chemicals. Can’t wait to detail my car but next up are all the walls in my house. Who knew I’d get so into it?
