By far the best steam cleaning system I’ve purchased! I love the versatility, and am very impressed at the capacity of water it holds and how long I can clean with it before having to refill the tank!

I really love this product in the ease of it to use around my house. It does an amazing job on the grout and picking up tough stains. I am looking forward to using it on my carpet to see what can be done.

I really like the Neat steam cleaner. I have hardwoods and procelain tile that come out wonderfully. I also just used the steam cleaner in my fibergalss shower and I was really impressed. I highly recommend the Neat steam cleaner.

Steam cleaning does work well but leaves a massive mess after "cleaning". Takes more time and products/supplies to "clean" up after using so I very rarely actually use it.
