told my sibling to purchase this product , because we needed a chemical free way of cleaning the family house. I bought another one, after I moved into my own home. I have told all my friends and my flatmates to buy this steam machine, they have seen how it works and said they were impressed as to how strong and how durable the machine truly is. Dupray do not play games when you need a replacement or have missing accessories. The only negative is that there should be a light to indicate when the water tank is actually full, it's very hard to determine if the water is full, sometimes you have to clean the boiler using a vinegar product as advised in the instructions manual, every 20 hours of usage. Also, it does take a few minutes to heat up, but, that's excused when you have to move your things around in the house, or run an errand. the boiler is not heavy, when carrying it, and it's lightweight. The actual hoses are made from good quality , but sometimes the pipe tangles so you have to make sure it's all straight. Extension lead is very good length for moving . 2 year warranty and lifetime on boiler. Put your trust with Dupray. ALSO, You can wash the microfibre clothes, they honestly give a generous amount of attachments, in my opinion, as opposed to other companies. leaking or burst of water coming out from the end. overflowing happens sometimes, makes me think that I did something wrong, I always use a kettle and measure accurately, but still overflows.

I bought this cleaner about 3 months ago and so far so good. This steamer is very easy to drag around and very light since the water is not on the stick. The steam is hot enough so I don't have to put effort scrubbing anything. However it could have a way to store the duct or to detach it. Also, it could have a way to keep the stick upright so it doesn't have to be left laying on the floor when refill is needed. A way to see the water level could be nice too. And since mishandle this equipment can be dangerous, improvement of the stickers could be nice: I made some "stickers" for my machine in case someone that didn't read the manual uses it.

Im absolutely shattered, since my NEAT arrived yesterday (within 3 days of ordering) I havent stopped steam cleaning everything within sight. I have done windows, kitchen sink, kitchen cupboard doors, pvc frames, windows, glass doors, skirting boards, kitchen tiles, grout, painted walls, karndean flooring, radiators etc etc.. Its absolutely fantastic. You still have to put a lot of effort in yourself but the NEAT generates all the steam power and cleaning ability , to bring everything up looking fresh as a daisy. The attachments are easy to put on and off and only takes seconds. Was quite an investment for me but I am very pleased with it. I spoke to Anthiny initially on live chat and then by telephone and he answered all my queries, very polite and professional service. 10 out of 10.

Our daughter bought one first, and I really liked hers. She refused to let me use her's so I decided to get my own. (She really needs to be in marketing for this nifty steam cleaner- she has sold 3 more just by demo-ing her's for other folks). I am thrilled at what all I have been able to clean at home, and at church and look forward to using it at my Mom's. Things haven't been this clean, much less sanitized in years!! Getting ready to order more of the little bitty brushes because I am cleaning the grout between the tile in the Fellowship Room at church. Everyone is blown away by how nice it looks after all these years. It's a big room, so doing it in small sections. So glad I bought this!! Can't help but share it's potential with others!!

Quite happy with my steamer. It doesn’t eliminate grout darkness or burnt grease stains as easily as I thought. Perhaps it takes a number of goes. The floor pad also gets quite wet after a while so it’s good it comes with multiple pads. Finally, one of the reasons I chose Dupray over Kärcher is the locking mechanism for the brushes — I’ve experience the twist locks being ineffective on department store steam cleaners and wanted to stay away from it. While Dupray’s attachment mechanism has worked really well, it has come off at least once for me. All that said no regrets — I still find Neat to be a good investment and a must have.

I am astounded by this steam cleaner. I got it the other day and have cleaned EVERYTHING in my kitchen and I'm starting on my bathroom today. Easy to fill, set up and use, this will pay for itself over and over. The main reason I got the Neat is the lifetime boiler warranty. I haven't been this pleased with a purchase in a long time or this excited to clean EVER!.

I wish I had known about this years ago. My Neat Steam Cleaner came yesterday afternoon and I have been putting it through it's paces ever since. So many uses. My bathroom has never looked cleaner! I’ve used quite a few times since I bought it. Overall I really like it! I like the variety of tools, the versatility, and it cleans well. I think there’s a bit of a learning curve with it to get it to do what I want it to, and I also feel the attachments, particularly the brushes seem to get crushed/worn out by very mild use. I hope I can keep figuring it out and use it more, I love how it can potentially replace so many other products.

I absolutely love this machine, I use it several times a week steam cleaning my tile floors, also has an attachment which is great to clean the grout.. It took the old wallpaper off in my bathroom and bedroom so quickly and easily. I use it to clean the walls and baseboards. What my son does with the machine is amazing, I burnt my carpet with a electrical cord twice and not in a corner, I was just sick thinking I would have to replace the carpet, my son worked with the machine and got the burn marks out, unbelievable. I bought both my granddaughters one for a Christmas gift, they love it too! This is my second machine, I worn the first one out after years of use, no regrets owed me nothing, always does a Great Job!
