Have had this for a few months now and love it. Works great for cleaning out water stains on grout, even recently used it on my truck cleaning where my son soilled milk that we didn’t know about until it got extremely smelly. Now no more smell and a super clean floor.

I bought this device in Nov 2019, the machine broke down in February 2020. The after-sales service replaced it for me without difficulty. The new machine works well. The water heats up quickly in about 10 minutes. On the other hand, it is necessary to remember to descale it often. otherwise, the steam could be blocked in the pipe. I had called recently for technical advice on this subject, I was very well received on the phone and the after-sales service is very friendly and very efficient. I'm happy with the product, I'm currently using it every day to disinfect my clothes when I get home (Covid19 situation). I have recommended this device to my neighbors as well.

I just got my steamer today. I started in the kitchen. My cabinets were gross, they are old cabinets that were probably put in when the house was built and they had been painted white and they were just gross looking. Now they practically look new. I will still need to repaint them at some point but man they look good! Then I cleaned my baseboards, my back door. Cleaned my baseboards in my long hallway along with the walls/doors. Then on to my kids' bathroom. OMG I am in love with this thing! I don't know where it has been my whole life! I just ordered 2 more lances (an extra one to dedicate to the bathroom and one to dedicate to the kitchen because I think they need their own because of you know germs, while I appreciate this thing sanitizes I don't feel comfortable using the same one in both places and of course I have already made baggies up to keep my brushes separate).

I ordered the Neat steam cleaner last year. I really liked how quickly it came. I really liked all the accessories. I really really liked how it transformed hard-to-clean areas in my home. I did not, however, know how much I loved this until today when I noticed a little leak coming out the bottom. I logged onto the chat help on this website and had the ENTIRE problem resolved in under an hour. By which I mean I had trouble-shot with the profoundly helpful, competent and cheerful Michel D (with an assist from Carlos), Michel was able to see my warranty, find my phone number, consult with technicians, call me in person and send me all the packing labels I needed to return the project IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR with zero seconds spent on hold. Sure, in a perfect world nothing would ever, ever break, or fall apart, or go wrong. In the current reality we inhabit stuff is always succumbing to gravity or inertia. The best any reputable company can do is offer customer service but so few of them do. This company made what could have been a minor disaster for me into an easy chore that got crossed off the to-do list in record time. Buy it! you won't regret it!

I purchased a few months ago and used it to clean my entire downstairs flooring grout (kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and large living room). It came out very nice, however was a lot of work (2 mos of weekend work) due to the small size of brushes. I wore out all four brushes. Other steam cleaning jobs around the house (glass, stovetop, sinks) are much easier and I love the thorough cleaning.

I bought this steamer 9 months ago and it was love at first use. This little wonders has paid for itself over and over again!! It has saved me from replacing carpet in 2 rooms. I also love the attachment for cleaning grout. We have a lot of tile in out house which I thought had all dark brown grout. WRONG!!! I have worked my way from room to room cleaning all the grout lines and I just can't believe the difference. I have hand scrub the grout several time and thought I had done a great job at f cleaning it. WRONG AGAIN!!! This machine was is a little power house and easy to use. It also make removing soap scum from glass shower doors a tubs a breeze. I have recommended this item to a friend and she is just as much in love with it as I am. I wish the site allowed me to put load the before and after pictures. Thank you Dupray for the creation of this easy to use power house.

I previously had an upright Shark steam cleaner (it only did floors). The Dupray is SO. MUCH. BETTER. I can’t even describe how this thing has changed my life. It holds a ton of water, meaning I can do all my floors as well as mirrors, windows, and bathrooms and never have to refill the tank. It gets way hotter than my old machine, which means less scrubbing. The whole house feels CLEAN when I’m done, and I’ve told everyone who will listen about it. My husband is sick of my raving about my steam cleaner, but that doesn’t stop me. Love this thing and would pay 2x the price for it.

It worked well for about a year. Now it doesn't work at all. The product has a fatal design flaw... you can't get the hose off to thoroughly and deeply de-scale it. It's blocked, we de-scale, it works or doesn't work once again, then it becomes blocked again, and we de-scale again, and again and again and it stays blocked. It is now just a beautiful brick.

What an excellent little machine this is. I have had 3 steam cleaners (one combination mop and one cylinder) and this one knocks the others out of the park. It’s sturdy, the brushes, etc are fit for purpose and the steam output is first rate. So far, I’ve used it on tiles, shower room grout, carpet, glass and greasy stuff in the kitchen and I can’t fault the results. The sheer build quality is great and it feels like it will last a long time. It makes cleaning a pleasure ... almost (I’m not a complete masochist!). If I had to come up with one gripe it would be this - at this price there ought to be a storage bag for the brushes , cloths, etc (the lance components are easy to stand up in a cupboard with the main tank). But overall? Good job, Dupray. One very satisfied customer. x

I bought this cleaner about 3 months ago and so far so good. This steamer is very easy to drag around and very light since the water is not on the stick. The steam is hot enough so I don't have to put effort scrubbing anything. However it could have a way to store the duct or to detach it. Also, it could have a way to keep the stick upright so it doesn't have to be left laying on the floor when refill is needed. A way to see the water level could be nice too. And since mishandle this equipment can be dangerous, improvement of the stickers could be nice: I made some "stickers" for my machine in case someone that didn't read the manual uses it.
