It was very cool and soothing as I applied it for the first time. The fact that it is soothing as well as unscented makes it very attractive to me. The lack of additional fragrances seems to be even better for my irritated skin. After applying this product, it quickly dies but doesn't feel like it's drying my skin. It feels even better after the product has been on my skin for a few minutes. I would definitely recommend this moisturizer for anyone who, like me, has a facial irritations.
