i bought 3 gift cards for Disney world vacation. When I tried to use my 3 cards, two worked and one did not. I tried the one card again the next day in Disney World with no luck. The clerk told me that the card was not activated. I called the number on the card and activated it. I used it for a third time with no issue. I still had a balance on the card and it took four clerks and managers at Disney to make the card work! Never again.

We haven’t used the gift card yet. We buy multiple cards over a period of time to spread out the cost of going to Disney World. By the time we’re ready for our trip we have plenty of cards prepaid and we’re not going in debt to take take the trip. Then you don’t have to carry credit cards or cash in the parks because you can pay for just about everything at Disney with these cash cards!

Didnt realize it was for plus members only and could have upgraded before purchasing. Product page was deceiving with price saying $450 add to cart even though it was 485 with club member. Sams club refused to upgrade me to Plus after the fact. Horrible customer service.

Sam's Club gives an online only advertisement and then does a day before the sale deal for plus users. Then when the day of the actual sale comes - the gift cards are not available period. Forcing people to go in the store to acquire the sale. Customer service has mixed responses. Some say error and to try later and some say it's sold out- how can you sell out of a sale before the sale even starts ????? Shame on Sam's Club for bamboozling its customers. Make it right. No more bait and switch.

When Sam's Club was running the special with 10% off of the $500 card, I literally tried every 15 minutes for an entire day. Every time I got ahold of it, I kept getting a system note back saying we are having problems. To try back later, so they were having system errors at 1 point I actually got one card in my cart. By the time I got to filling out all the information needed, they had removed it. How can you remove something that was already in your cart?\n Not happy.
