[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've never really given it much thought about the quality of good rest and sleep until I recently started having back issues over the last 2yrs that I've been very restless and tossing and turning never getting a good night's rest waking up tired and sore. After constantly visiting the chiropractor twice a week over a year just didn't make a difference. So my last option was to break down and buy a quality matress and when I say quality I mean it, this is the last mattress I'll ever own. The best sleep I've experienced in years, I felt so rested and couldn't believe the pain relief from this mattress. Unbelievable!!! You definitely get what you pay for. Best investment I've made in a long time. I highly recommend.

Mattress is only so-so, MEDIUM is too soft. But what really gets me is the FRAUD we experienced with the $300 Visa Card that we did not receive that was supposed to be included with the purchase. We've been S & F customers for over 25 years and will never buy their products again.

Because I am a side sleeper and have shoulder problems, I went to local retail mattress providers to test various products. Hands down, the best mattress for me is the Stearns and Foster Lux Hybrid-firm. I love my mattress, no shoulder pain and I highly recommend this mattress. Don't let the firm mislead you, try it out. This mattress provide the perfect level of support in firmness and comfort.

I decided to upgrade to a newer model (after many years on my old S&F!) and could not be happier. It is gorgeous and comfortable, well-made and high quality as expected. The delivery could've been a bit better but was overall fine. I also love the ability to raise and lower the head and foot for additional comfort.

The buttons on the surface are an odd choice, as you can sometimes feel them (and it's not always comfortable). It doesn't seem quite as soft as a previously available model (ultra plush Cassatt), but is great overall.

After 3 back surgeries and continuing back problems for many years, I had accepted waking every morning with back pain. And then I slept on a Stearns and Foster luxe mattress while visiting a family member . For the first time, I awoke with NO back pain. I couldn't believe it! In the end, after talking directly with a company representative, I ordered the higher reserve model, and I'm glad I did. This bed has been exceptional since it arrived. I tried other well known mattresses for years, that required special sheets, and had bulky platforms. None of them even come close to this magnificent bed. The platform is compact, and any deep pocket sheet fits perfectly. Iis expensive, but worth every penny. Given how much of our lives are spent sleeping, it is an investment in your health that is well worth making. I awake refreshed and ready for the day. Thank you Stearns and Foster for such an excellent product! Highly recommend!

With both of us having various ongoing back and joint pains, decided to go for it. It's been one week and felt the difference after one day - sleeping through the night, not waking up with pain / pressure points and overall less body pain in the morning. This is after switching from a mid-level price point mattress. In this situation, you do get what you are paying extra for - the value is there. Now I just need it to maintain form / not dip after a few months like so many mattresses across the industry did that were constructed in 2020/2021

I have severe spine problems due to injuries from years ago and have struggled to get consistent, restful sleep. We took a break and tried another brand and after a year were having restless nights. We tried a couple of online mattresses. We knew after one night, they were not for us and we returned them. We should have stayed with what we know, the quality and comfort of Stearns and Foster. First night was a very comfortable and restful night. We actually ordered online from S&F after speaking to a representative and felt comfortable with their return policy if we weren't happy. Delivery was fast and painless, other than they showed up unexpected(third party) after they texted our land line home phone. Stick with Stearns and Foster and you won't regret it.

After 17 years with a horrible hard mattress, I'm happy to say I no longer have any aches and pains! I was hesitant to spend the extra money on the upgraded reserve pillow top but I'm so glad I did! It was worth every penny! Now I love to go to bed because I know I'm going to get a good nights sleep!
