I had not been charged for my mattress for over a month, I called Stearn and Foster tried to get past the automated attendant, but it kept saying to re-phrase my question. Tracking your order is a joke, there are no details. Managment needs to make some customer-oriented changes. When you spend more money you expect better service.

We were initially hesitant about purchasing this mattress due to the price, but after coming back to it several times while shopping we knew we had to give it a try. It is honestly the most comfortable mattress we've ever had, and from day one of sleeping on it we're in love. The firm support is just what we needed for perpetually sore backs, and the pillow top keeps us comfortable while offering supportive sleep. The only downside is the size, it was challenging to get it up to our bedroom and larger sheets are needed for the deep pockets at 17". As my husband puts it, he dreams of getting back into it as soon as he wakes up in the morning. We highly recommend splurging and enjoying the comfort of the Reserve.

However, the moment my husband and I laid on this bed in the store, we knew it was the right choice. I am a side sleeper with a shoulder problem. Since my purchase of the Stearns and Foster mattress my shoulder problem has resolved. I am a doctor of Chiropractic and thru my 37 years in practice I was surprised on the magnitude of difference the mattress has made.

After about 6 months I finally purchase the pillow top soft reserve for my own room. It has really improved my sleep and I wish I had purchased it sooner. The only thing I didn't realize is how think the mattress is...guess it will totally be worth purchasing deeper sheets too but I love it.

Mattress is only so-so, MEDIUM is too soft. But what really gets me is the FRAUD we experienced with the $300 Visa Card that we did not receive that was supposed to be included with the purchase. We've been S & F customers for over 25 years and will never buy their products again.

We took a break and tried another brand and after a year were having restless nights. We tried a couple of online mattresses. We knew after one night, they were not for us and we returned them. We should have stayed with what we know, the quality and comfort of Stearns and Foster. First night was a very comfortable and restful night. We actually ordered online from S&F after speaking to a representative and felt comfortable with their return policy if we weren't happy. Delivery was fast and painless, other than they showed up unexpected(third party) after they texted our land line home phone. Stick with Stearns and Foster and you won't regret it.
