I have been taking Joint Health for about three years. I was previously taking a glucosamine/chondroitin supplement. Joint Health has worked so much better, plus I love the much smaller tablets and I only have to take one a day, instead of two - which also makes it less expensive.

I have found the effectiveness to be quite good. I started a year ago and during that time I stopped because of knee surgery. A few month later surgery, I thought I'd go ahead and start back. I could tell a difference in all my joints, I was quite surprise. I will definite continue, I also like that it is a single pill a day.

I recently started a new job after not working for two years & a half years. I’ve been in pain almost daily for the past 6 months, after taking the joint supplements; No more daily pain!! I still have pain but nothing like prior to talking joint supplement.
