They are small and easy to swallow and they don't have an awful aftertaste as they go down. Since I've started taking them, I haven't noticed any pain in any of my joints including my knees and fingers where U experience the most joint pain. I'm excited that these appear to be helping and I'd certainly purchase more of these!

I have trouble swallowing pills since my stroke, so at first, I was cutting them in half but now I just take them whole. They are small enough and the coating really helps them go down. They will be easy to spot on the shelf because of the red card they are attached to. I like the flip top lid, no child-proof top to deal with. Thank you very much! It also has the USP seal which means that everything they say is in there, really is. I will be looking for more when I run out. I would recommend them to all.

Since taking these for a little while, I have felt that the pain in my joints are not hurting as bad. It did not take it away completely but it has really gone down. Maybe over time in the long run I may feel no pain at all. I like that it is only one small pill a day with or without food. I will continue to use this product to see how it works in the long run.
