I love the fact that the tablet is so small and easy to take.. I've been taking it for almost 2 weeks now and I do notice a slight difference. My joints don't seem as stiff or swollen. I like that the supplements are easy to swallow and you only need to take one daily. Compared to most this supplement is smaller but still has the same benefits as other supplements I've tried. These make my joints feel worse. I like Members mark other join compounds a lot but I tried 2 separate times and both times my joints felt aggravated when taking this? not sure why

I think it works. If I stop taking it the pain in my knees come back. I take one every other day.
