These tablets are easy to swallow and have very good benefits for the body's joint health. When I take the tablets it makes it easier for me to do everyday tasks that I sometimes can't manage otherwise. I have a lot less joint pain since I started taking this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The triple action joint health supplement seems to be working. I struggle with a lot of joint pain, as getting old will do that to a person. Most of my joint pain tends to come in my ankles. I have other pain but that’s where the improvement is most noticeable. I didn’t notice any change in the first two weeks I took this pill. But at the end of the third week I feel like I am not having the kind of pain I was. Just one day my ankles weren’t aching and I must attribute that to this pill. The pill is very small, it’s easy to swallow. The bottle comes with 125 pills. Being that you only have to take one pill a day, this bottle will last you 125 days. That’s a very good value! The pill seems to do the job that it was intended for and at a great value, therefore I give this five stars.

I take this pill in the morning, before starting my day (the product just states to take one daily, with or without food) I could feel the difference on the very first few days of taking it, felt lighter, more flexible and more comfortable with moving overall, it's like an on and off thing, some days seem to work better than others, but I think that's because I need to make other changes, there is no one magic pill cure it all. I will continue to take it and observe any changes.
