Great for multiple things (parfaits, shakes, added protein in dishes, mixed with granola or nuts, or by itself).

We always get yogurt. The other stuff is so expensive. This is cheap for the size. Wish it had a better life.

This product is thick and rich in flavor. The container is also larger than those in the grocery stores, and yet, it costs less.

I'm big on probiotics more now than I've ever been. I had an illeostomy 2 years ago due to diverticulitis. Had a temporary bag on me for two and a half months. It wasn't exactly the highlight of my life but I got through it. I don't go a day without eating this yogurt. I believe this is all a part of preventative maintenance for your digestive system. It will keep you regular believe me. I'm a walking testimonial for that. It's kind of disappointing and aggravating at the same time that Sam's can't keep it consistently in their store.
