Bought roughly 6 months ago, full FIRM mattress. Allowed this to "inflate" for 72 hours before sleeping on it. I am 5'6" roughly 200 lbs and tend to sleep on my stomach and back. I rotate the mattress every 4-6 weeks. Measures at roughly 13-13.5 inches after the 72 hr period which I consider close enough to the description. Initially felt it was too soft for me, however I think it matches the "firm" description when compared to other hybrid/memory foam mattresses. So far I don't have an indention where I sleep, but I do think the regular rotation is making a difference there. I would certainly buy this again; I have recommended it to my friends since buying. Only gave 4 stars because it does get a bit warm as the night goes on which again may be par for the course when it comes to memory foam mattresses.

Sams has great return policy thankfully. I initially purchased the medium which was more like a firm and then trying to not spend alot went with the soft one. Great quality but this soft is definitely more like a medium. Do not recommend this for side sleepers. Back sleeper this is great purchase and quality mattress but side sleeper look elsewhere. This bed is not a King size mattress- it is too short in length and too short in width, now I have gaps all throughout my bed frame. I wish I would have looked at the bad reviews first. It took forever to arrive as well - there were so many bad instances when ordering and receiving this bed. DO NOT BUY

I bought this in queen size a couple of months ago and I think it's great. A true medium firmness. I had bought the 13" eurotop members mark medium firmness hybrid before buying this mattress and it was stiff as a board and it held heat like a pure memory foam. I returned it after a couple of weeks. This mattress is very cool to sleep on as well as plush enough for a 240 pound side sleeper like me w/o being swallowed up by the mattress.

I have had this mattress for about a year now, I turn it every 6 months, I love it! I sleep so soundly on this mattress and never wake up stiff or sore. I highly recommend it. I also highly recommend turning your mattress every 6 months, it really helps keep it in good shape.

Wife and I bought the Medium version of this in store. This mattress feels like a plush and you sink in pretty deep while sitting. It is comfy while laying but a little to soft for us. We ended up ordering the Firm version online the next day. Will be returingin the Medium version once the other comes. Hopefully the Firm will serve us better.

For the price this is surprisingly comfortable. I got the medium firmness which was a little softer than I expected

literally no support. if you want to toss and turn all night and wake up with a super sore back, this is the mattress for you. at least the returns are easy

Bought a XL Twin firm and plush mattress, along with the King twin adjustable bed frame. easy set up on all, and could not be any happier, they are great, at half the price of the similar mattress like Nectar.
