The pan arrived well packaged. The lid did include a smudge and a scratch (not due to shipping). I have used the pan several times and so far it work perfectly.

A great pan! Since I bought it, have used it every couple of days for cooking. Nice size for making one pan meals for my family of 5. Cleans up so easily! I love the color (gray), so I usually just leave it out on the stove because it looks so nice.

My son bought me the Members Mark enamel/ceramic set for Christmas in black and it's absolutely fabulous to cook any cultural type of recipe, so I bought this huge saute pan and the 3 piece frying pan set to add to the collection and they're so easy to clean, I'm hoping SamsClub will sell more pieces to it to add to my collection, the price is fantastic since it's just like the expensive Caraway cookware, but at a fraction of the price, it has great comparison and reviews on YouTube also!

I love this pan!! It easily cooks 2lbs of meat or one skillet meals. It provides a nice sear. Cheese and sauces easily wipe out and I've yet to find anything that sticks. I have a cabinet full of de Buyer carbon steel and Made in pans, but lately I've only been using this pan for ease of use and clean up.

I like the way this looks. But I don't really have a review. I have a question. Can someone give me the measurement on this pan? I mostly want to know the size of it. I am looking for a 12 inch fry pan with a lid.

Bought one of these at our local club to try and replace cookware that we currently use that is non-stick and not safe, which I have figured it was not for years. I love this big cooker except for one thing, which should have been a corrected issue. The handle on the lid gets so hot while you are cooking that it is easy to get burnt! It is unbelievably hot. I like my old plastic or rubber handles, whatever they were, where I did not have to worry about getting burned. If you buy this pan or the set of cookware like this, prepare to keep towels or pot holders handy, you are certainly going to need them. If it were not so easy to burn yourself, these would be the ultimate in cookware!!!

I bought the blue one with gold handles. Nice and heavy but the non stick lasted for two uses. I was disappointed at the lack of quality. Food began to stick and dark marks inside pan can't be wiped away. Also, the smaller handle and lid handle get very hot, no insulation. I'll continue to buy the same sized pans at Marshalls for half the price that last for a year.

I got this pan 2 months ago and it is the best cookware I own. Easy to cook eggs and super easy to clean. I mean this pan is extremely easy to clean!!! The smoothness of cooking is great, but my God is this pan so easy to clean! I dare anyone to find better cookware for under $80 dollars

If you plan on cooking with this often or daily it's not worth the money. I purchased one and used it several times a week and within a month it was sticking and difficult to wash. I purchased a second and hoped the first was just defective. It was the same thing! The first is already gone but it looked the same if not worse than this one. They are beautiful but don't last very long.
