Cake was delicious. Customer service was terrible in North Little Rock, Arkansas bakery. This was the second time I ordered a cake and it wasn’t available for pick up. The workers in the bakery are rude, unprofessional and no customer service skills. I received laughter after asking for my cake and was told it wasn’t ready because there was a printer issue and they were waiting for someone to come and fix the issue. I came the night before to make sure they had my order and it would be ready on time and was assured it would be. Of course, it wasn’t. Management handle the situation, but Sam's needs to throw the entire bakery staff in the trash and start over.

Incompetent bakery staff

The cake was good, I ordered vanilla, and that's what I received. It was beautifully decorated, but I was disappointed in the lack of frosting between the layers and on top. I've never seen a cake with such a thin layer of frosting before.
