Ordered the Succulent cake as a birthday cake for my son. I thought it was more masculine than the cakes with roses and more adult than the cakes with balloons. This cake turned out wonderful. So fresh, moist and just perfect texture. The frosting was great too, and pick up was easy. I would absolutely order it again!

I ordered this cake via the website. I did call because the birthday girl wanted a change of cake flavor and frosting. They did a great job! It looked beautiful and tasted fantastic too. The succulents on top were a big hit. Plus, you cannot beat the price! I will definitely be ordering this cake again next birthday!

Beautiful cake and very delicious

The cake was good, I ordered vanilla, and that's what I received. It was beautifully decorated, but I was disappointed in the lack of frosting between the layers and on top. I've never seen a cake with such a thin layer of frosting before.

The cake was very moist and fresh I purchased the chocolate cake would definitely recommend as well as purchase again.

Surprisingly large! It was just perfect for our event. They called to say that they were out of the greenery strips on the sides of the cake. This was very disappointing. However, they still made it lovely. We had already planned to add our own cake topper.

The cakes tasted fine, but there were cracks on the top in the frosting, and the writing was not good. It was not the professional cake. I thought I was ordering.

Cake was delicious. Customer service was terrible in North Little Rock, Arkansas bakery. This was the second time I ordered a cake and it wasn’t available for pick up. The workers in the bakery are rude, unprofessional and no customer service skills. I received laughter after asking for my cake and was told it wasn’t ready because there was a printer issue and they were waiting for someone to come and fix the issue. I came the night before to make sure they had my order and it would be ready on time and was assured it would be. Of course, it wasn’t. Management handle the situation, but Sam's needs to throw the entire bakery staff in the trash and start over.

The decorations on the cake were horrible, when I placed my order I gave them specifics instructions and when I went to pick up they were all wrong, the cake tasted good.
